«The condo was spacious and very well equipped. Location was right at the beach, so we could leave chairs (provided) and go back and forth. The Historical District is a 5 min drive with shops and amazing restaurants. There are also two good restaurants by the condo. Owner also provided a gorgeous full moon over the ocean one evening!»

«The cottage was exactly as described. It was very clean and open. Beach is literally steps away. We opted to bring an air mattress for our teen and one slept on the pull out sofa, comfortable enough for a few nights. I think the pricing was fair but a larger bed in bedroom with a TV would be ideal. It would be lovely to come back when weather is warmer.»

«Our family had a wonderful stay at Denise's property. It's in a perfect location and even had a view of the sunset from the bed! It was clean and as described on the listing. She was responsive in answering questions that arose. We loved being able to walk down and be on the beach in a matter of moments. We would certainly stay here again.»

«The property was reasonably priced and had the amenities of a home. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We only stayed two nights, so we did not get a chance to use the kitchen or laundry room. But, I would come back for a longer stay. Fernandina Beach has nature, shops, and great restaurants. Our group biked, ate, and had lots of cocktails! On our drive out we stopped at the local thrift stores, always fun!»

«This Sand Dollar Villas condo was close to perfect - the balcony views of the ocean, morning sunrises and evening sunsets were amazing - the condo was very clean with a cozy living room area, comfortable beds in both bedrooms, a competent kitchen and 2 good sized full bath rooms - quick access to the beach and close by to golf and other attractions - the host was easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions - Amelia Island is a great vacation location and staying at this condo ...

«We've stayed in many condos in the plantation. This one definitely was 4 out of 5 stars. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The only reason for the 4 stars is because it could use a little updating and the carpet might be a concern for a long term rental, but we would stay here again.»
