The staff was very nice and friendly but our room was not updated. Wasn't as clean as I'd hoped. The room we reserved wasn't ready for our first night. We had to change rooms after the first night. The breakfast was not good. We also "lost" some expensive airbuds. Could not find them anywhere. The toilet didn't function properly.

We like the space we had available in our rental. We didn’t like the floor inside the property. The carpet felt humid and the linoleum felt a bit sticky.

Excellent customer service especially from Front Desk staff member Mary. Housekeeping was also efficient and friendly. Airport shuttle driver was courteous and helpful. Near grocery stores and restaurants.

The property was close to the metro station and the airport. The shuttle driver was very friendly. The person at reception desk was efficient but not very friendly. Maybe he was having an off night. The accommodations were very clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very roomy but dark. Beds were super comfy and all bedlinen and towels were very clean and white. Did not have car so had to walk 10 minutes to shops/ restaurants. Felt very safe area.

Good property. Great amenities such as a laundry if you’re visiting for more than a week or travel light.Downside is poor breakfast option and loud noises from other rooms during the nights. Would definitely stay again despite this.

Shuttle operation ist from 7am till 10pm. So we Had to call a taxi twice. Breakfast also starts at 7am. Inacceptable for an airport hotel.

We were assigned a room that was undergoing maintenance, so we had to trek our bags back down the stairs (no elevators) and to the car and head back to the office. They assigned another room without further hassle, but in the new room, within 5 minutes, the toilet overflowed all over the bathroom (after a number 1–no paper used). They cleaned it up pretty quickly, but we won’t be staying there again.

This was A family trip. I booked this location due to safety with kids, the size of the room and access to the metro. From the outside the property looks great. Upon arrival, we were given room 123 on the 2nd floor with no elevators. After carrying our bags upstairs, the room key would not open the door. I went back down to the front desk, four buildings away. The guy at the front desk asked me if I tried lifting the handle up and down. I reported that I had and then he asked me if I “jiggled it“. I of course had not and told him so. The desk clerk ask if I wanted to go try it or if I wanted a different room. The idea of walking back for buildings away, going up the stairs and trying to “jiggle the handle” was not appealing to me so I just asked for a new room. We were given room 1221, which was two buildings to the other side of the office building. We repacked our vehicle and went to new room also on the second floor. The door opened easily. We booked a two bedroom suite with a king and two queens. The king suite bathroom had it mold in it, the carpet felt grimy karma. There were bugs in all of the lights. Black light showed stains on the bed and couch. Not what I would expect for as much money as we paid. The front door wouldn’t latch fully and on our fifth night, there was a murder in the parking lot in front of our building. Getting extra towels or answers was impossible. Would not stay at this location again. We were very disappointed!

Mr. Myron at front desk was personable and was able to honor my request to upgrade my room from King to Queens. Property is close to dining options, pet friendly and was clean. I will return for another staycation.

This was a great place for my stay in VA. We had a 2 bedroom/2 bath suite which was perfect for me, my two young kids and my parents. The breakfast offerings were a big step up from a continental breakfast! The room had plenty of space, and the area was quiet and safe. The tub in the second bathroom didn't drain well, but that was the only issue with the room and that was a minor one. Over all, I would definitely stay here again!

The room needs to be detailed cleaned. Was there from Monday to Friday room wasn’t serviced until Thursday. Had to ask front desk for towels and things and toilet paper. Both times seemed like it was a problem. We had to dump our own trash. Not mention room was very stuffy.

Very friendly employees, parking directly in front of building, quiet and safe, spacious and well furnished rooms. Very clean with the exception of the sofa bed which also was quite worn down. At the breakfast menu only disposable tableware was offered – not very sustainable. Overall a recommendation.

This was not my first trip to Washington DC but it was my first time staying in this hotel and based on my experience I will never stay there again. PROs: Friendly staff, close to the airport, good size suites. CONs: 1- Far away from any restaurant, if you have no car, you will be in bad position finding something to eat. 2- Lobby is in one building and rooms are in different ones. 3-No covered hallway, during our stay it was raining hard and going form our suite to lobby got wet! 4-No elevator, I had to carry my heavy luggage to second floor. 5- On weekends there is no free shuttle to and from Airport till 9:00am, I have to pay for Uber both ways!

Their free airport shuttle had such limited hours that I had to pay for a car service from and to Dulles airport. The room was not great. The curtains on the front window were torn and did not close completely. While there was a soap dispenser in the shower, there was no soap at the bathroom sink.
