Hoteller nær Hermitage Museum and Gardens

«Utenfor sentrum men bra med spisesteder allikevel pga plassering i universitetsområdet. Ok frokost og veldig hyggelig betjening. Ok rom. Eneste negative var en høylytt ismaskin i 4 etasje.»

«I didn’t feel particularly safe during my stay here. It was LOUD at odd times in the halls (like 4:45 in the morning) and it smelled strongly like weed in the halls, the lobby, outside the hotel doors. Water was hot and water pressure was good, and bed was comfy enough, but I wouldn’t stay here again.»

«Stayed here for 1 night, and it was great! Clean and fresh. The straff was helpful and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again:) »

«Convenient location.»

«There is nothing special about it»

«Clean facilities and room. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was great too.»

«Upon arrival my room was clean & the temp was very comfortable. The staff was helpful on check in. However on checkout the person helping was a maintenance worker who didn’t know how to change my payment form. Breakfast was ok. It was what was expected from a complimentary buffet. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again.»

«Great stay! Tatiana at the Front Desk is most helpful and always with a smile! The young lady who prepared breakfast was a doll! Plenty of food and always kept area clean and tidy. Pool was fun for the kiddos!»

«Walking through the door was wonderful because of the appearance and great smell. Having daily house keeping whether you need it or not was nice. My only suggestion would be two wash clothes for each person in the room. One for your face and one for your body 😉 My husband fell in love with the location and convenient parking.»

«Wake-up calls at 5 AM that we didn't order. The room was never cleaned. The hotel front desk gave another family keys to our room. The elevators were so slow that it became a running joke among the guests. We needed to ask repeatedly, again and again, for the most basic services. This place was wildly overpriced.»

«First, I immensely love the attention given conscientiously to every customer by all staff starting with the front desk, driver of shuttle, environmental staff, food services staff, the restaurant greeters, servers and atmosphere. The spaciousness, the history oriented connection and great desk efficiency and access for registration for attendees. The obvious dutifulness of the consistent work of the staff event coordinators for genuine comfort affordability. Thanks for asking. I didn’t ...

«The hotel overall was dated. On the second night of our stay we found bugs in the bed and around the room. My husband shared a video with the front desk staff. She was kind and did promptly move our room. She assured us we'd hear from the manager. The room we were moved to smelled like garbage. We attempted ro speak with the manager prior to check out, but we're told she was unavailable. To date, we have never received any outreach or concern. We will not recommend this hotel or return.»
