I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. We do supply kleenex in most of the rooms, and if it's missing guests usually pick it up at the front desk. We'll double check the stock in all the rooms again. Thanks for providing feedback.

Pedro, I know you drove up through some thick fog to get to our place, it's difficult to see much of the property at 10:30 at night. I'm sorry you didn't see our after hours number posted at the desk right next to where you picked up your key, or in the envelope you picked up as well. If you had, we would've been able to address any concerns you had. Or if you called us the next day, we could've at least addressed your refund.
