Welcome to Timberwolf B (right side) at Sasquatch Mtn Resort. Prepare to be captivated by the architectural design in this brand new cabin with exposed logs and stunning views. Relax in the private hot tub, and enjoy endless fun in the best games room in Hemlock Valley. This recreational paradise offers skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, dirt biking, ATVing, fishing, and golfing nearby. With ample space for 10 guests, and 3 cars, come create lifelong memories in this cozy retreat with family and friends.

The space
Timberwolf B is a brand new 2500sf duplex with 3 bedrooms plus private loft. This listing is for the right side of the duplex.

Bedrooms:
The master bedroom features a king bed, full ensuite, and walk in closet. The second bedroom features a king bed, and full bathroom right outside it’s door. The upstairs bedroom has 2 bunk beds with double beds on the bottom and single beds on top. This room has vaulted ceilings and it’s own powder room. The loft is furnished with a queen bed: please be careful in the room given its limited head height!

Living space: The living space offers vaulted cathedral ceilings and exposed timber. Relax on the couch by the 5’ wide fireplace with floor to ceiling stone surround and 65” flatscreen smart tv. This open concept design combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen together to maximize your socializing capacity with friends and family.

Kitchen: Fully loaded kitchen with brand new LG appliances (Gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave). All cooking hardware and utensils provided for an easy guest experience. Black granite countertops and full height backsplash, lots of counter-space, and ample room to operate in the kitchen with multiple guests.

Dining: Live edge dining room table with comfortable seating for 10 guests. There are also 3 bar stools at the island for additional seating.

Patio: Outside the living area features a large patio with breathtaking views of the mountains and ski hill. There is a 5 burner propane barbecue for all grilling needs. There is a 7 person hot tub to unwind and relax in.

Basement: This basement entrance offers a mud room/laundry room to kick off your gear and prepare to unwind. Through the mud room you will find yourself in the best games room in Hemlock Valley. Pool table, arcade basketball, Skeeball, darts, board games and a smart TV will keep you entertained your entire stay!

Parking: Parking for 3 cars maximum, please park on the right hand side of driveway.

The entire home is for your exclusive use with exception to 1 storage room and the garage.

Other things to note:
If you have never been up to Hemlock Valley before, please note that it is a dirt road for the last 15 minutes of the drive into the village. Although this road is maintained by the Ministry of Transportation, please be aware of potholes and slippery conditions. It is mandatory that drivers have chains in their vehicles from October-April and it is recommended that vehicles have 4x4. Please note that we have security cameras on the exterior of our cabin.

Our Family had an amazing time! The property overall was amazing but there were just a couple things that weren't the best. The place was freezing cold when we arrived but the heat came on quickly and worked great! The fire place created a really nice warm and cozy atmosphere. The kitchen lacked some necessities. While the labeling was amazing it was just missing a couple things like sugar for coffee. I would warn people to make sure they bring pretty much everything they need food and drink wise. Some more wine glasses would have been nice too. I might be a bit of a bad guest to have as I have worked for a 5 star lodge and know what going the extra mile is but I have to say that the hot tub was pretty gross. Floating bits, murky water, overall just not very clean which was unfortunate as we were all looking forward to spending some relaxing time in the tub. Other little things were things like under the couch being quite dirty, windows being dirty, holes in the wall, and towels having some stains. Sasquatch was amazing! Just not sure we would come back to this specific VRBO.

I will definitely use this unit again in the future. Our stay this weekend was for a friends stag. We were looking for a place that could accommodate our group size and this was perfect. The host was easy to communicate with, and the unit had everything we needed. Perfect way to get away to the mountains for a relaxng weekend full of BBQ and beverages. The large dining table was a huge bonus, as well as the parking areaworked well for our vehicles. Highly recommended from us!

Spring Break getaway

Firstly the host was amazing they were always there for questions, Everything is well stocked, clean and beautiful. The clearing of the streets from sand, to plowing allowed us to get out of the driveway and down the hill, It is a short walk to the ski hill. I would highly recommend this beautiful home. Great space for a large gathering

Great overall stay. The house was excellent, host very responsive. All amenities were stocked.The one thing beyond the hosts control was the group of guys staying beside us who lived in the hot tub drinking for hours at a time.

Super fun and cozy cabin

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The main floor was cozy and accommodated our large group well. Not a lot of storage in the kitchen but we utilized other spaces of the cabin that had ample storage for our snacks. The master bedroom with walk in shower worked well for my aunts and they also enjoyed the cozy fireplace and couch. The games room downstairs provided hours of entertainment for both the young and older adults. We had to change the batteries in one of the games but found batteries in the mud room so was easy to do. Everything was well-labeled. We could have used a potato masher and pasta utensil but overall kitchen was well stocked. The cabin is pretty new and overall quite clean. A couple things to note: this is a duplex so you can hear sounds occasionally from the other side and secondly, we were required to take the garbage away ourselves. The host was very responsive and when I brought up the garbage issue, he said we could have left it so maybe this is something that could be figured out when booking.

Great but...

Everything was as expected except the hot water system is not vented correctly which lead to no hot water on three occasions. This is an easy fix but resulted in a poor experience.

WONDERFUL, COMFORTABLE, CLEAN, ORGANIZED

In this beautiful mountain setting you could be anywhere in the world! The accommodations were beyond our expectations in every way ~ modern, cleanliness, comfort and space. The hosts thought of everything and more! We were constantly surprised and totally pleased with the amenities. The games room was a perfect addition; our family group had a fantastic stay! To top it off, our hosts were communicative and just lovely! A definite five star🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 !!!

A rare find near Sasquatch Mountain Resort

We visited at the end of September as the first guests to use this property and we enjoyed our stay so much. The property was fully equipped with everything you could think of in the kitchen for indoor and outdoor use (of BBQ). There was so many towels for indoor and outdoor use (of hot tub). The whole property was so clean and comfortable. The games room was an absolute bonus with extra board games to choose from. We also thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. Each guest had a very comfortable bed and we had more than enough space for 7 people and more than enough parking. David was always checking in and quick to respond. We had no issues and will absolutely be coming again in the future for group trips!
