This home was beautiful and in a stunning location. The neighborhood alone was extremely beautiful. The backyard and downstairs entertainment areas were definitely our favorite. We saw deer every day in the yard, in the early mornings and we were so close to them. We even saw a small black bear at a neighbors house passing through. All the rooms were super clean and as shown in the videos. I would recommend bringing extra towels and pillows. We had several staying and were only given 2 towels per adult rooms. We had no extras for the kids in the bunk rooms but we made it work. I’d definitely stay here again. The host was lovely and helpful with all my questions along the way.

Lovely, spacious home in great location

We stayed in Helen for an aunts/cousins trip. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and the common area was just right. I will stay here again if I travel to Helen!

What an amazing stay! We had 10 girls and everyone had plenty of space to be comfortable. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked, there was plenty of towels which I feel like is rare, the space was beautiful, the neighborhood was lovely and felt very safe. The drive was not scary or too tough at all. We were no more than 10 or so minutes from literally everything we could've possibly wanted. When we arrived - the AC wasn't working, and we didn't even have to call them to fix it! They had someone there before we even pulled up and they worked until it was fixed. The porches were so lovely and the security people at the gates were so sweet. Literal 11/10.

Nicest Rental

This was seriously the nicest rental that I have had the pleasure of staying in. Clean, spacious, conveniently located. The "kids" enjoyed the fire pit even when it was 7 degrees out. Comfy beds and bedding. Would 10/10 stay here again!

Cozy getaway

Loved staying at the Toasty Marshmallow! The house was clean and spacious. It was perfect for our family of 6 to be together, without feeling crowded. The neighborhood is quiet and serene. Great Thanksgiving stay at The Toasty Marshmallow

We had an extended family gathering at The Toasty Marshmallow! The house is in a great, quiet location. It is well kept and had everything you’d expect a rental to offer. The front yard is perfect for throwing the football or letting the toddlers explore while the backyard fire pit is a great place to spend evenings. We all loved our stay!

Great football reunion!

Toasty marshmallow was awesome. 10 high school football teammates all over 60 got together for two nights and had a blast. Helen is a great town to hang out. The Hofbrau house was perfect for a reunion. We love the neighborhood and the back deck. Would stay again.
