ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise, loud music, or disruptive behavior is not permitted. Outdoor conversations and activities should be kept at a respectful volume, particularly during quiet hours
- This is a 2-story property. A small step is required to enter the home. A set of interior stairs is required to access the 2nd floor. Please use appropriate caution on stairs
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is a Ring doorbell device facing the front outdoor entry, and camera 2 is on the corner of the deck facing the driveway. The cameras do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. They will record when they first sense motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
- Per HOA regulations, street parking is not allowed at the property
- The community golf course is available for an additional fee, paid for upon arrival
- Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests included on your reservation. Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted
