The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy. The resort is beautiful. Cabins are not on top of each other. It is convenient having the restaurants on the property and we appreciated breakfast being included in the price.
We stayed in Cabin 12. The hot tub was wonderful, the cabin was nice, but we were disappointed in a few things. The price is quite high for the cabin, and we expect things to work. The coffee maker did not work, so we had no coffee our first morning. We got a replacement coffee maker later in the day. The fireplace should have started with a simple turn of the dial on the wall. It was completely shut off. Fortunately, we had some experience with gas fireplaces and got it started, but it took a considerable amount of time. The volume control on tv remote would not work the entire weekend. Suddenly, it worked the morning we left as we signed out of apps. The pillows were very flat. New pillows or additional pillows would be great on a king bed.
Location is great for things in the area. Cabin was clean. Needed some updating and maintenance crew should be certain all items are functioning prior to visitors arriving.
