The entrance hall welcomes you into an open living area, which flows seamlessly into a fully equipped open kitchen featuring a dining nook, ideal for convivial meals. On the top floor, 1 room is fitted with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 180 cm in length, while the remaining 2 bedrooms are configured as double rooms. The 2 bathrooms each feature a shower and WC, with one offering a double hand-basin. Floor heating ensures a comfortable atmosphere throughout the property. Direct access from the upper level leads to a south-facing balcony of 7 m2, while a large terrace of 20 m2 offers breathtaking panoramic views and is furnished with terrace furniture and 4 deck chairs.
