«Small, but charming. Despite the size of the hotel, the rooms were not small. Everything looks clean and modern. Good but small selection at breakfast. The staff was also friendly. But... we were there in the summer, a period it was hot. Ventilation works poorly and AC is not allowed due to some power saving regulations in the country. As a result, I only got an hour of sleep. «Sjarmerende lite hotell i en rolig sidegate i Bad Ragaz. Rommene er av eldre dato, men det er rent og det er gode senger. Uteområdet er koselig, perfekt å sitte med en kopp kaffe og nyte utsikten. Frokosten hadde godt utvalg av frisk frukt, grønnsaker og hva du måtte ønske. Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake en annen gang, og anbefaler hotellet videre til andre. «This place is amazing, the attention to detail is unbelievable. The entire building is immaculate, the host greets you with a cordial and candy, discount coupon in the room. Breakfast was fabulous. We enjoyed Tamani thermal which was close. This hotel should be rated 5 star and it was so impressive.»
«Very cosy nice place. Very good service, very clean and good breakfast. Only i was bit disapointed on the begining that i order room in the castle and we got room in the pavilon pretty far away from castle. And that should be mentioned that rooms in the castle are only single or double. Otherwise room in pavilon was really nice, stuff in the hotel let me visit castle and rooms there too. I ll recommend this place»
