This 40 acre private estate sits nestled in the base of the gorgeous Wasatch mountains offering spectacular views as you make your way up the private drive w/ private gate.
This professionally cleaned property offers bed space for 30+ guests in its maximum configuration. To accommodate all groups sizes there are 2 Kitchens (1) Large gourmet kitchen with all new high end appliances (1) 1/2 Kitchen including fridge, microwave and sink. There are a total of 4 refrigerators for plenty of food space.
For those cold nights, there are (3) gas fire places and radiant floor heating throughout. The property also offers central air for the warmer months. There are both large washer and dryer in the dedicated laundry room. For viewing enjoyment, the house features several HD TV's. Included is Viasat Network Premium. For additional entertainment, there is also a pool table, air hockey, and some games. Outside features include a 13 person swim spa along with a 8 person hot tub that are accessible from a dedicated door with adjacent wet room and bathroom, a huge fire pit, extra large BBQ and outdoor furniture. The views from the ranch are jaw dropping. The immediate area features a reservoir with public beach, boat/jet ski rentals only 5 min from the property. Street legal ATVs are allowed on city roads and there are trails for hiking and biking right from the property. There is also a state run gun range and public golf courses in the area.
Horseback riding, fly fishing, and snowmobile tours are also locally available. This is a quiet rural community and we ask that guests adhere to all local laws and respect the surrounding neighbors that make this their home.
