Mountain Home near Lakes w/Hot Tub & Putting Green

This beautifully brand new home is situated in a fantastic location: 15-20 min. from Park City resorts; 15 min to Jordanelle; 10 min to Deer Creek. Depending on your activity, we are also within close distance to some of the best trails Utah has to offer for snowmobiling, skiing & snowboarding, ATV/4x4, and hiking! Park your boat &toys here!

**Additional pet fee $100 total or $35 per night, whichever is less. Please keep pets to 2 max. Message for accommodations.

If you are planning on 16 guests, then you will also be renting the studio apartment above the garage. Please message us if you would like to see if this option is available.

Lots of parking for boat or your toys. This home features 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. The main floor consists of: master bedroom with connected bathroom, large walk-in closet, half bath, full kitchen with gas stove, dining room, 3 way fireplace (enclosed), living room with smart TV, and laundry room. The backdoor exit will take you to the gated yard with a putting green and 8 person hot tub. Upstairs there are 2 spacious bedrooms. The first being a large queen bedroom, and the second bedroom features 4 twin beds. In between those you will find a full bathroom for guests to share. The basement provides another 2 bedrooms that include a cozy queen bed, and another room containing 4 more twin beds. The basement is fully furnished with a second kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and spacious living room with a smart TV. There is also a second exit to the backyard from the basement.

Parking is available in the driveway. 4 cars max for your stay - please let us know if you have or need more spaces to accommodate your needs to the best we can. Trailers can fit on this very large driveway if you have a boat or extra toys you are bringing. All access to the home is via Keypad on the front door. Key code will be sent out to you after booking and close to your arrival date.

We will provide a book of local things to do, where to eat, places to shop, and nearby ski resorts!

Property was great for our group of 8 adults and young adults. We stayed here for a ski vacation. It’s 15 miles to Park City, but we enjoy staying away from the chaos. Heber City has a variety of dining options and convenient access to groceries. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Place in a Beautiful Town

Our family absolutely loved this home. it is clean and fresh, bright and safe. The town was lovely, and we enjoyed the restaurants, movie theater, train ride and so much more...all within a few minutes drive from this house. The host was also VERY communicative. We are very happy!

Excellent House

We had a fantastic stay! It is exactly as pictured. This home looks newly built and is very comfortable, nice amenities and very clean. All beds were comfortable, nice bedding and towels. It's in a great location and close to many activities and restaurants. We really enjoyed the finished basement since we traveled with 4 teenage boys and they could have the lower level to relax and have their own TV and kitchen area. We would definitely stay here again!

Birthday Weekend

Property was great! Had plenty of space so with a little bit of a larger group you can still have room to do things. Kitchen has all the things you need. The hot tub is great! Then the house is in a great location, dont have to drive far to go on hikes, eat, fish, whatever you feel like doing! Wonderful home and the hosts are great and very responsive.

Beautiful home

Our family of 13 had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. The space was perfect for our group and the location was convenient to Park City for skiing. There were plenty of beds for our large family and the extra living space and kitchen space downstairs was an added bonus.

Great mountain stay

Three generation family vacation to Park City area. This was a great house with plenty of room for all. Heber City was a perfect central location for all our activities. We had 2 Frenchies with us and it is a great dog friendly house. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house!

The house is beautiful! Beds and couches are very comfortable and the kitchen is a dream. Roomy basement, with walkout to the backyard and hot tub. Our family stayed there to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday and the space was perfect! The master bathroom is wonderful with a rain shower, handheld, main shower head, and 3 lower heads. I felt completely pampered. Our daughter was able to bring her dog which made it very nice. The basement has a door closing it off from the main level so the dog stayed downstairs since I’m allergic and I didn’t have any problems with her being there. The upstairs has two bedrooms and a bathroom; master suite, powder room, kitchen, and living room on the main level; and two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs, along with a second kitchen and family room. Main level and basement each have a washer and dryer. The backyard putting green was fun for our 18 month old granddaughter. She loved running around putting the golf balls in the holes. Just a few blocks from the city park and lots of restaurants in the area. Lovely experience overall!

A Good spot!

We came into town with friends to see our daughter's graduate from the U. Instead of staying in SLC, we wanted to stay in the mountains. If you like deer walking up to the front porch in the morning and a spacious, clean house for fun with friends and family, this is the spot for you.

GREAT place to stay!

We came here for my friend’s bachelorette party and it was perfect! Everything felt clean and there was more than enough beds for everyone and the kitchen had everything we needed! Communication was efficient, quick, and easy with Kristy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing Stay in an Amazing Area!

A group of us were in town for a wedding and stayed at this property and we had the most amazing time! It was so close to everything and the house had everything we needed for our stay! We enjoyed the hot tub immensely and had so much fun using the putting green out back. The host was extremely responsive and gave great check in and check out instructions and though we had no issues I'm sure she would have answered any questions or issues we had. We would definitely recommend staying here!

This was the perfect getaway for our family. We loved the house. Lots of room and beautiful decor.
