Welcome to Mayflower Lakeside 1015, a brand-new luxury townhome nestled in the prestigious Deer Valley East Village / Mayflower area. This two-level, 2638 square feet townhouse promises a truly opulent experience. With its proximity to the Jordanelle Reservoir, Deer Valley Resort Jordanelle Express Chairlift, and a short 15-minute drive to Park City ski resorts and Historic Main Street, this property is an ideal haven for year-round activities.

Upon entering through the front door or garage, guests are welcomed into a grand main level great room with an 18-foot ceiling and an open floor plan.
Living Room: The contemporary living room boasts luxury furnishings, including a leather sectional sofa with three reclining seats, along with plush chairs. Entertainment options include a 77” Samsung UHD Smart TV, a Sonos surround soundbar, and a DVD player capable of playing various disk formats including Blu-ray, CDs, DVDs, and 4K disks, and it comes with a 50-DVD library. Slide open the glass doors to access the back patio with patio seating, commercial heaters, a plug-in heater, and a natural gas BBQ.

Bedroom 3 (Upper Level): This bedroom is designed for flexibility, featuring two sets of twin over queen bunk beds, each equipped with its own outlet reading light. The room includes a 55” Samsung Frame Smart TV, closet space, and access to a Jack-n-Jill shared bathroom.
