The house spans three stories, each boasting at least one bedroom & bathroom, complemented by multiple cozy seating areas & a dedicated theater room for your entertainment pleasure, and a reading nook! With modern amenities, comfortable furnishings, and convenient proximity to outdoor attractions, your memorable mountain escape starts here.

- PARK CITY MOUNTAIN: About a 15-minute drive
~ SUNDANCE SKI RESORT: About a 35-minute drive, including beautiful scenery along Deer Creek Reservoir and Provo River -
~NATIONAL ABILITY CENTER: About a 10-minute drive
~PROVO RIVER: There are several access points for fishing just about 10 minutes from the house - ~GROCERIES: There are many options between Park City and Heber City for your grocery needs (about 10-15 minutes depending on which direction you choose) Walmart, Smiths, Fresh Market, Whole Foods
~PARKING: This home has a driveway and garage (2 bays) for your parking needs.
~AIRPORTS nearby: Salt Lake International Airport is just about a 35-minute drive (depending on traffic), Provo Municipal Airport is 60 minutes.
