«We booked the room. We were told we will be receiving room key code the day of and it never happened. The host/owner stiffed us and left us stranded. We had to scramble trying to find a place to stay. It was very frustrating. Very unprofessional. Disappointing. »

The location is also fantastic—it's right next to a shopping center that features a Save-On-Foods, Subway, and McDonald's, which made grabbing groceries and quick meals incredibly convenient. Highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again.»

«This property and owner was terrible. The host never communicated the code / how to get into the apartment to us and we were unable to access the accommodation. The host hung up the phone when I contacted him to ask for the way in, and we were left to buy a last minute hotel and spend even more money on a playoff game day. Additionally, the property was farther from the arena than listed on Expedia. Overall a horrible experience, and would not trust this listing.»
