Without a doubt one of the nicest VRBO stays I’ve ever enjoyed! The property is lovely — a huge lot with abundant fruit trees situated on a quiet street a short (maybe 15 min.?) walk to downtown Healdsburg. The interior is decorated/furnished more like a boutique hotel than a vacation rental — spotless, with so many attractive/thoughtful touches (s’more makings, coffee table books, candles, plants, abundant throw pillows/blankets, and even a lighted Christmas tree and holiday decor). The bedrooms are spacious, well-lighted, and have ample storage for clothing. There are two separate living spaces with TVs (not counting the outdoor tv on the patio), so the adults could watch football in one area while the kids watched Bluey in the other. Kitchen is well stocked with everything we could possibly need (inc. nice wine glasses and acrylic drinkware for outside). The bar in the den area is so cool, as are all the fun outdoor offerings — besides the pool and hot tub, there are bikes (with helmets), huge Jenga and Connect 4, croquet, ladder ball, etc. As mentioned, there’s also an outdoor big screen tv, which you can see from the hot tub.Overall, the house is incredible, and the hosts were amazing too. The best communication I’ve ever had from a rental host, very reasonable policies/requests, and when we experienced a problem with the hot tub, they went above and beyond to make it right. Our pup was welcomed and loved the yard. Will absolutely return!
