There is a main house with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths adjacent to your very own tasting room as well as a pool & hot tub all overlooking hundreds of gourgeous acres of Zinfandel, yet only minutes into town. We have a delightful pool designed to "sit & sip" at all four corners. Take a relaxing dip in the luxurious hot tub or cozy up to the bar overlooking it all.... enjoy all the wine country has to offer on your very own private wine country Ranch, right off the world renown wine trail which is Dry Creek Road!

Amazing home with all the bell and whistle. I really recommend this for families or friends looking for a place for a big group. The host is lovely and we were close to everything you could want out of Healdsburg. A couple things that could be better is if the kitchen sink can be looked at, each time you wash dishes you also get a free shower. Also the game barn could use some dusting and wipe down.

Lovely home and location

This is a great property and the owner was super communicative. Unfortunately, the house was pretty dirty to start and many things like a dishwasher, disposal, doors, locks, pool cleaner just didn’t work properly. The house has all the amenities you could need and a great location but is “worn” and needs some TLC. With just a little more effort, this place could be amazing.

Perfect spot

This was a beautiful spot for a girls get away. The property was amazing, just one cool thing after another. It couldn't have been in a more convenient location. And the host was great, incredibly responsive and left lots of nice touches. Highly recommend this place for families or friends.

Friends Reunion Trip

I can't recommend this place enough. The house accommodated 10 adults well, everyone had enough space to hangout without feeling cramped. The pool, hot tub, game room kept everyone entertained. The location could not be more convenient. I would happily come back.

Excellent Wine Country Gathering Location

As a group of three families with teenagers, we found the accommodations excellent. The location is perfect. Close to wineries, downtown Healdsburg, and the great grocery store (Big John's). There was more than enough space for all of us. The game barn, swimming pool, and outside seating options all made for a wonderful weekend stay. In the future, we would use the house again if we are all in the area.

Fantastic Home for Family Vacation

We spent a week at this beautiful home. Nine family members - 6 adults and an 8 year old, 12 year old and 1 year old plus our 1 year old dog. The kids were thrilled with the pool and game room, with the oldest sleeping in the loft - finally his own space! The adults loved it all -- private rooms, the hot tub, the swimming pool, the pool table and ping pong table, and many more amenities. Healdsburg is a few minutes away with a farmers market, excellent restaurants, hiking trails and shopping. A perfect vacation with family that was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. Thank you, Daniel!

Beautiful property with all the perks!

What a lovely place to stay. Not only was the house beautiful and clean, it had so many little touches that added to the joy of the experience. The location was prime for going out to wineries and restaurants, or just staying in by the pool or fire. The hosts were helpful and the whole process was seamless.

Great location, great layout!

House was perfect for a friends getaway. Bedrooms in the main house with the kitchen and entertainment area in the pool house. Great location to relax while staring at the mountains and vineyards. Host was responsive and helpful. Would come back.

Great Property and Great Location

If you want the ultimate wine country experience without the crowds, then this is the place! The house was amazing--well kept, comfortable furnishings, plenty of room to congregate or be alone for some down time. The hot tub and games in the barn provided lots of fun. We didn't use the pool because it was raining. The host was super responsive, helpful with recommendations in the area and really made us feel welcome in their home. Highly recommend this property and hope to return when it's warmer to enjoy the pool and beautiful outdoor lounging areas. Thank you for having us!

Perfect getaway and true retreat

This was absolutely the perfect getaway retreat for 4 couples. It was extremely spacious yet very comfortable. Loved the views of the vineyards around you and we enjoyed everything that this property had to offer!

It's everything you'd want in a wine country stay!

We went with a group of 5 couples. Everyone had beds, the kitchen was awesome (with leftover goodies from past guests!) and the pool house was AMAZING! We all spent most of our time out there. The highway is busy, but it didn't take anything away from the experience. It's within a super short drive of dozens of wineries. Plus, Healdsburg is awesome!

Great location, beautiful property

The property is beautiful with plenty of space for spending time together outdoors and inside. It was extremely hot during our stay so the loft area and pool house were hot during the day but did cool off nicely at night. Dan was very responsive and assisted with any issues we ran into during the stay which were minimal. I would absolutely recommend this property to others and would return in the future.

Perfection in wine country

This house was absolutely perfect for a wine country get away with friends. It has everything you need and is so well thought out with tons of specials spaces to hang out. The separated pool house was so nice and it also kept the main house quiet for those who wanted to rest. The bed were super comfy, everything was clean, and the host was super helpful and welcoming. Better than pictured!

The Dry Creek Ranch was an amazing place to stay with our group of 10. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to see everything the property offers and honestly the pictures don’t do it enough justice - you’ll have plenty of different unique Instagram scenes. Dan was super communicative throughout the whole weekend and even let us drop off a car load of wine to make room for groceries 2 hours before check-in! The pool house was such a good hangout room between pool and hot tub time and super cozy for a scary movie night. The property is a 5 min drive to downtown Healdsburg but honestly you may not want to leave the ranch. Thanks to Dan and his wife for a memorial stay!

Perfect for a family getaway

The incredible home and lush property is minutes away from downtown Healdsburg, yet you feel you are nestled in the country side. The vineyard and mountain views are breath taking. The house is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a much needed relaxing vacation. There is plenty of space to spread out and also comfy seating areas where you can enjoy a book. Dan was quick to respond to any request. We will definitely visit again!

We had a 3 gen family get together at this charmingly rustic, yet quite cool home…so many fun aspects for our young grandkids. I have NOT stayed in a more thoughtfully provisioned VRBO…we lacked for nothing! Also so close to Healdsburg town square, yet next to vineyards. Totally recommend.

Wonderful stay in Healdsburg

We loved our stay here for a weekend getaway with 4 couples. The house was an incredible space to hang out and comfortably fit all 8 of us. The host was easy to work with and the kitchen was well-stocked for a few meals at home. Easy access (by car) to downtown Healdsburg and nearby wineries. Would absolutely return.

Comfortable home with endless possibilities for fun!

We stayed over the weekend for my boyfriends 50th birthday. We had a great time in the games barn and being able to swim on a hot day. I would highly recommended this property for anyone looking to go to Healdsburg for vacation. The owner was great at communicating and wanted us to enjoy our stay.
