This is a quiet end unit (#4) in a four townhouse building. You'll have this entire townhouse to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

This is a beautifully furnished and well equipped property in Hayesville, NC, just up the street from the banks of Lake Chatuge.

Unit # 4 has two bedrooms downstairs with a full bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds. Upstairs has a sleeper sofa for up to 2 additional guests and half-bath. The upstairs covered deck has a table and chairs with a gas grill for more cookout fun while enjoying a great view of Lake Chatuge.

Enjoy this place year-round with the beautiful hardwood floors and cozy gas fireplace upstairs. Enjoy the nice view of Lake Chatuge with all the leaves gone during Fall and Winter months.

This is a great place to travel to and enjoy everything that the area has to offer. Golfing, fishing, boating, biking, hiking, rafting, shopping, and great restaurants are just a few things to do in the nearby surrounding areas.

Unit #4 has high-speed internet and robust wifi via Google Wifi mesh network blanketing the unit so you have excellent and complete wifi coverage throughout the rental, whether upstairs or downstairs.

Televisions are provided in the upstairs living room (42") and in the downstairs master bedroom (32"). ROKU EXPRESS + devices are provided on both TV's and are left in Roku's "Guest Mode" so you can watch all of the free content Roku has to offer (Enjoy hundreds of free movies and TV shows, plus live news, sports and more) AND you can sign-in to your personal paid subscription services, such as Netflix, Hulu, Showtime, etc. All of your personal log-ins will erase automatically on the checkout date you choose. Detailed instructions are left by the Roku device/remote as well as in the villa information booklet.



If you are looking for a place to picnic, swim, ride your mountain bike on a trail or just walk along a peaceful outdoor trail, nearby Jackrabbit Mountain Recreation Area offers all of these things. They are generally open 5/1 through 9/30 and they are located just a short five miles away. There are several other nearby parks that also offer access to playground/park activities and Lake Chatuge. Renting this property does not provide you with direct access to Lake Chatuge.

Would you like to have a scenic view of Lake Chatuge from above? Just outside of nearby Hiawassee, Bell Mountain offers 360 degree panoramic views of the lake and surrounding mountains, all from an elevation of 3424 feet (see video)! However, please take note.......the drive to the top is on a steep, narrow and winding road, not for the faint of heart. Once you get there, the breathtaking view is well worth the drive.

Master bedroom and top living room opens to patios. Upstairs sofa rolls out to make a queen bed. Kitchen offers coffee maker, refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, hand; mixer and separate dining area. Living area has 42" TV and cozy gas fireplace. Downstairs bathroom provides shower/tub combination, toilet, sink, cabinet and hair dryer. Upstairs 1/2 bathroom includes toilet, cabinet and sink.


Cigarette/cigar/other smoking/vaping/tobacco use of any type is NOT ALLOWED on this property. No smoking permitted in the villa and no smoking permitted on the upper deck or lower porch. Evidence of smoking/vaping/any use of tobacco on the property will result in a minimum fee of $250, depending on additional cleaning/sanitizing required. Please do not rent this property if you or your guests need to use tobacco.
