The room was HUGE which was a pleasant surprise, plus the bathroom was also HUGE!! Everything was in very good repair and nice and clean. The lady who checked us in was SO nice!!! Would stay here again and highly recommend it.

We will stay here again. We were given a handicap room that we had not requested. When asked why we were told that often happens when booking on line.

When we got to the room, there was a laminated sheet stating the ‘rules’: $100 deposit (refundable), how long you could stay in 1 room, etc. It was very off-putting & made me feel like I was in a skid-row room. The clerk at the front desk who checked us in was amazing, but the girl there in the morning was awful. The room was spotlessly clean - huge bathroom area. But we had 2 dogs & had asked to be accommodated in advance & they put us in upper rooms. Lower would have been so much easier,

Room was clean and comfortable. We had to stay on bottom floor because my husband is handicapped. The floor creaking from people walking around upstairs was loud.

This property was a convenient stop on our way to Arizona. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean but the area around the hotel was dirty.

Decent little spot to stay while driving through Nevada. Staff was friendly. Bed was not the most comfortable, but not a deal breaker. Definitely appreciate having a safe place to park the car which was full of camping gear. Pizza place within walking distance was above average. For the price it was perfect for our needs. Will definitely be staying here again on similar road trips!

Great stay on route to Lake Tahoe for the price. Very friendly, helpful staff. Very handy guest laundry. No noise from other guests. Room was clean. Limited choice of places to eat nearby but not too much of a problem for an overnight stay.

The first room I was given was not cleaned from previous guest. When I went back to office to get a new room the lady at the front desk said she thought that may happen because a housekeeper was unable to finish cleaning the rooms. Why give me a suspected dirty room? The next room had marks on the comforter as if someone was stepping on it with their shoes and smelled of smoke (in a non smoking room). The second bed was okay so I remained in the second room.

We were so thankful to get a last minute room, and then we were surprised to find it a lovely, completely remodeled and updated, spacious room with a beautiful remodeled bathroom! In addition, they are pet friendly! We will definitely stay here again, as Hawthorne makes a perfect halfway spot for a trip we make several times a year.

Nice find in Hawthorne, NV. An older motel but nicely kept up. They were busy putting new carpet in the rooms at the time of our stay. No breakfast included but there is a restaurant in the casino across the street that has pretty good food with fairly decent prices.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel when working in Hawthorne. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. While the rooms are not a 5 star resort, they are clean, and there is also a small fridge and microwave.
