«The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the beds were very comfortable. The room did not have much floor space, considering it was supposed to be an accessible room for an electric wheelchair. The bathroom was particularly problematic since I could not get my wheelchair into the bathroom properly. I was unable to use the accessible shower because my chair did not fit past the door. I noticed a lot of dust in areas.»

«We stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago, the room we had last time was in decent condition. This room was in need of repairs, needed some updated furniture (the chair had rips and stains) and had a musty odor. We likely could have asked for a different room, but in the end stuck with the one we had. The staff seemed friendly, and it is very affordable. Next year, we will be looking at a different hotel.»

«We stayed there for one night. When we arrived, we found out the electricity and water were out. That happens, and it wasn’t in the hotel’s control. What was in their control is how they handle it. We weren’t offered any help unless we asked for it, the pool and indoor playground weren’t available because it was too dark - and given the bad weather these were the only relevant amenities. The hotel didn’t offer any compensation at all, and even declined our request for late checkout so we have ...

«Hotel well located, very clean and parking not an issue. There were several issues, however. The coffe machine was hard to operate, but I suspect that it was not working properly. Also, the tissue box in the bathroom was completely empty. Having said that, I will return to the same hotel, provided the I can enjoy a hot cup of coffee upon waking up in the morning.:) »
