Excellent stay!
Extremely helpful and service-minded people at our service here. Also cosy place, clean and a good location. However, a bit hard to find from the street, as there is no sign of it from the street.

Outstanding value. Be aware that this property is located in the heart of the decay in Havana, and a general, in Cuba. There's garbage on the street, dog poop all over the place, the smell of urine at every corner, it's like a war zone with a mix of smiling , sad,and neutral, local faces walking around

I recently stayed at Doña Isabel - La giraldilla and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional friendliness of the staff. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Throughout my stay, they went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Whether it was offering helpful local tips or promptly addressing any requests, their dedication to customer service was truly outstanding. I left the hotel feeling not just like a guest, but like a valued member of their community. Kudos to the staff for making my stay memorable and enjoyable!

Ótima opção em Cuba
Café da manhã básico mas tem tudo que precisa para uma boa refeição. Wi-Fi funciona o jogo padrão Cuba, as vezes trava os vídeos mas isso acontece em toda a Cuba. A localização é central e de fácil acesso a tudo a pé. As condições da rua são pessimas, com buraco e até esgoto a céu aberto em algumas partes, uma região bem pobre mas aí nada tem a ver com o hotel e sim com a situação do país. Mas logo a frente já chega na parte mais turística com condições melhores para caminhar.

Accueil avec le sourire et les bons conseils de Gisèle. Un petit cocon dans Havana Vieja à quelques pas de bons restaurants à des prix corrects, glacier, le Bigote Gato vaut la peine de s'y arrêter, sans oublier les vendeurs de fruits dans la rue et petite épicerie pour bouteilles d eau. Le taxi colectivo pour Trinidad (et autre) peut venir vous chercher devant la porte, Gisèle a téléphoné pour la reservation. Merci pour cet agréable séjour.

We loved our stay at this property. You are in one of the beautiful, old buildings right in the center of Havana. Gisele and Patricia are wonderful! The apartment is lovely, with a sitting area and balcony on the street. Highly recommend the breakfasts: great local fruits, eggs, fresh juices, jams. You can book trips, taxis, exchange money, get recommendations from Gisele. This is a highly convenient option since often it is hard to figure out on the street. We definitely recommend this property. We will be back, we very much enjoyed our stay in Havana, Cuba!

Aconchegante e charmoso local
Aconchegante B&B em plena Habana Vieja. Fomos muito bem atendidos e recepcionados. É tudo muito organizadinho e nos auxiliaram com várias questões como câmbio de moedas, transportes (aeroporto e Varadero), mapa etc. O café da manhã muito bem servido e gostoso.

Adorei minha estadia na pousada! A equipe de funcionárias são super comunicativas e dispostas a ajudar em todos os aspectos da sua viagem, o café da manhã foi um diferencial em relação as outras hospedagens e estava delicioso: muitas opcoes de frutas, geleias, e ovos feitos com carinho. Recomendo a hospedagem e sem dúvida, uma das melhores hospedagens que voce encontrará em Havana Velha.

The free breakfast was great and the staff very pleasant. But like most houses in Havana it is run down and up a very steep flight of steps to get to your room. The neigh borhood is noisy and not very clean but very close to all the good things going on in Havana. I am now in Veradero a suburban part of Havana and much less interesting.

Alojamiento bien ubicado en la Habana vieja. La calle un poco ruidosa pero no se escuchaba ruido en la habitación. A la llegada nos dieron muy buenas indicaciones en la habana (como ubicarnos, que ver, dónde comer, medidas de seguridad, cambio de divisas, etc.). La persona responsable de los desayunos muy simpática y servicial. Desayuno ricos y completos. Puedes ir andando a todos los sitios desde el alojamiento. Una buena opción para dormir.

とにかくオーナーやスタッフが親しみ易く親切です。 ハバナに午前中に到着したのですが、チェックイン前なのに快く迎え入れてくれました。 また、分からないことを丁寧に教えてくれたり、ツアーの手配をしてくれたりしました。 朝食のジュースやジャムが手作りでフレッシュで大満足です。 本当にここに出会えて良かったです。。

Best cost x benefit in Habana Vieja
It was an amazing stay in Habana. The breakfast was delicious, the room was always super clean and pretty and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Bathrooms were also very good with hot water and no issues!

We were initially shocked at the location of the BnB (as it is in an alleyway) but were welcomed warmly by the staff. The staff members were helpful, despite the language barrier at times, and assisted us whenever we asked. Breakfast included eggs in whatever form, fresh tropical fruits and homemade blended fruit juices with no additives. If you are willing to embrace the inner parts of Old Havana, dwelling amongst the natives, smacked somewhere near Parque Central, market places and government offices, then it may be an option.

My family and I enjoyed every bit of staying at this property. The breakfast was great, the staff were kind and very accommodating when my flight was delayed and we had to check out late. Perfect location too! We will be back!

Excellent apartment , and good communication by host , also good recommendation of where to eat and offered advice .would definitely recommend Only thing to note had no water after 3rd shower ,assume due to water all being used , just to be aware when having showers ,be quick.
