After entering the small lane, you'll find Heavenly Hauula tucked away behind a private gate. Downstairs is a large gathering area with a large dining table, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a large bathroom with a full-sized W/D, a walk-in pantry, a flatscreen TV, and a relaxing area with 2 queen-sized oceanview sleeping pune'es (Hawaiian word for day beds). The upper level has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a sitting area which has a king-size daybed, a wet bar, and a large outside lanai that overlooks the famous Alligator Pond and tide pool. Two of the bedrooms upstairs have attached bathrooms. The downstairs area can be accessed from an interior spiral staircase or an outside staircase.

- The Beach - Kokololio Beach Park is located between Laie Beach Park and Hauula Beach Park on the east coast of Oahu. Enjoy various activities such as swimming, snorkeling, and body surfing, particularly during the summer time, which is great fun. During the winter season, surfing and bodyboarding are rather popular, and the surroundings are picturesque. After enjoying the beach or when the stars are out, the private outdoor shower with hot and cold water is indeed heavenly.

- The Neighborhood - Within the area are Tamura's Market, Long's Drug Store, and The Polynesian Cultural Center. Historic Haleiwa is down the road a few minutes away, Turtle Bay Resort (with championship golf and dining), and the recreation fun stop of Kualoa Ranch is also in the vicinity.
