Construction and renovation hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, and there may be noise during these times. The pool will have limited hours, but the ocean is a fantastic alternative for swimming! We have significantly discounted the nightly rate to reflect these conditions. Maximum Occupancy:
This condo is ideal for 8-10 people, but it can accommodate up to 12 guests with additional sleeping arrangements. If your party exceeds 10, please be aware that space may be tight, and some guests may need to sleep on air mattresses or convertible sofa beds.
The property accommodates a maximum of 12 guests, including both adults and children. Please refer to the house rules for further details
Air Conditioning:
The unit does not have air conditioning; however, you can enjoy a refreshing Hawaiian breeze from the ocean, keeping the space comfortable, especially from October to June. Ceiling fans are provided in every bedroom.
Pet policy: No pets allowed sorry

Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
This home has keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
There is a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. Regular coffee maker and Keurig machines.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap.
Liability Waiver:
You understand that swimming and use of any exercise equipment (treadmill and weight set) is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and use of exercise equipment. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and exercise equipment and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and exercise equipment may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming and using exercise equipment if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, uses the exercise equipment while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming and exercise equipment. All Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.
