Hotell med fin beliggenhet rett ved kjøpesenter, og kort kjøretur til Metz. Hotellet er hundevennlig og har fine grøntområder utenfor. Trekk for personale som ikke er så vennlig, ellers et fint opphold på to netter. Anbefaler ikke delemenyen i restauranten for 4 personer.

Novotel er forutsigbar og greit. Rent og ordentlig. Dette hotellet var glimrende for oss med hund, stort parkområde rundt hotellet.

Prima hotel voor onderweg, heerlijk dat de kinderen een goede slaapplaats hebben. Helaas was het restaurant gesloten, hadden we graag van tevoren geweten. De kamers en het sanitair hebben een opknapbeurt nodig, ziet er wat versleten uit. Wel prima schoon.

Overnight stay during travel.
Great hotel to stay during travel to Switzerland. Unfortunately this time round, the heating on the room was set far too hot and we're struggling going to sleep. Also the hotel's EV destination chargers were broken, so couldn't charge the car overnight.

Bra inhängnad parkering! Bedrövligt dålig restaurang, maten var dyr och oätlig. Vi provade två olika vardagsrätter. Hotellet är väldigt slitet och dåligt underhållet.

There was a dried piece of cheese on the chair when we entered the room... the plumbing in the bathroom was very old, so it smelled very unpleasant after not using the sink/toilet for a while time. It was not possible for the service to provide us with two separate blankets for the large partner bed, something I can't understand at all.... The cleaning equipment for the pool stood all day in the pool area, which was already small and fenced, thus took up quite a lot of space. Overall rather disappointing and wouldn't book it again.

Took about 15 minutes to walk through all corridors up and down steps with small child to get from reception to room. No coffee or milk in room to make drinks or fridge to keep our own drinks cool. Reception area is very nice and trendy but as soon as you leave that area the rest of the hotel is outdated and feels dirty. We have now stayed at two different Novotels in France during our stay and would not stay at either again.
