«We loved this property. The firepit with swings was right outside our door. There were at least 12 Muledeer grazing out in the grass area beside the room. It was wonderful just watching them. They didn't seem to be bothered by people. They were cautious but not overly so. The sky gets very dark and you can easily see the milky way and constellations.
The beds were too soft for us but that is a personal preference, not going to ding any stars because of that.

«This is a beautiful home in a beautiful location. It was easy to find and not far off the main road yet away from distractions of the world. There is a near by atv trail and it just a short drive to Bryce Canyon. It has a beautiful Kitchen but it is sparsely supplied, bring all you need even spices. The beds are fine. There isn't adequate seating, you may want to bring a lawn chair.The host is quick to communicate and expectations are clear.»

«Pro’sThe home was nice and clean, well stocked and the property was perfectly located between Bryce Canyon and Zion Park with a beautiful river just out the front door. Con’sThe house has neighbors located very close on both side which make privacy a challenge. The home was only equipped with one A/C mini split until located in the common area of the house which made the bed rooms hard to cool off during the day and the evenings. It would have been nice if the yard could have been maintained so ...

«House was a good location for visiting Bryce Canyon NP and was also conveniently located near a small grocery store and a good pizza place. The owner was great about letting us check in early as my daughter was sick and needed somewhere to rest before our scheduled check in time. Would definitely recommend a stay here.»
