We were only here late at night and left again early in the morning, but we were treated very good. The rooms were great and the breakfast was amazing.

Chose hotel because of pool. Water was terrible cold actually unbearable for toddlers. At around 2 in morning party happening very loud couldn’t sleep.

Upon arriving the staff that checked us in was efficient, kind and helpful. Made sure we had water to take to our room and informed us of all the amenities. The property is in a great location, clean and quiet. I love to walk and it is near Hastings Lake which has a beautiful walking trail around it. There are multiple restaurants with in walking distance and ample parking. The breakfast was hot, had multiple options and was good. We had a pleasant stay.

Our room wasn’t ready at check in so they gave us a different one. The bathroom sink had coffee in it and the floor had what looked like coffee droplets. It was very noisy above us and the air conditioner had a hissing noise. We have stayed there multiple times and this was the first time we had the problems.

Cable TV didn’t work. They had some very strong pool rules; no drinks, not even water, no food; and constantly enforced the rules… just wasn’t very customer friendly.

Please call the front desk when this happens so that we can take care of it right away so you will not have to go without cable. I'm sorry you felt that we had strong pool rules. We do have to enforce some rules due to trying to make it safe for everyone.

Excellent hotel/incredible staff
Without question the most friendliest staff i have ever come across. I have stayed in many hotels but this one was the cleaniest I have stayed in. Although hastings is a small town the location of this hotel is in a great area next to walmart and several food places in walking distance. I would definitely be staying there anytime i go to hastings. Excellent hotel.

Great place to stay!
Checkin was quick. Front desk was very friendly. Room was big, clean, comfortable beds, and large TV. The pool was clean. Hot breakfast was excellent. We had family met us there for a birthday party. Staff was very accommodating. Great place to stay

We really loved the desk attendant. She was very friendly and helpful and basically embodied country hospitality. Our room wasn't quite ready when we arrived, so she personally went up to check on it and make sure that it was okay for us. She also helped us with any internet connection issues or questions we had. The only negative was that housekeeping knocked on our door at 9am and then a couple times after that. Checkout isn't until noon, so instead of getting to sleep in, they kept waking me up.
