«We initially booked a 2 Queen Bed, Accessible, Non-smoking ... when we arrived, they told us that we book a Queen Room and they put us in a 2 Queen Bed room ... the accessibility was a bar on the wall with no other assistance, making it difficult to get onto and off of the toilet ... no chair in the shower/tub making it impossible to shower ... However, the stay was lovely, clean, and breakfast was nice. The staff was very pleasant.»
