The room was fine until I used the rooms toilet which immediately plugged up. At 8:00 am I reported this to the front desk manager in person and left for the day. Upon returning to my room at 5:00pm the toilet was still plugged and had feces still floating around in it. I went to the front desk and the person there said he knew nothing about the issue, then he found a note that I reported it at 8am. He then said no one was there to address it so I asked for another room and he told me that wasn't possible, none available, so I started arguing with him and he reluctantly went off to call someone. Later that evening he came to the room with a plunger and unplugged it. After that we used it once more and it immediately plugged back up. So the next morning a different person at the front desk said she would have a new room for me when I return after 3pm. Again, the same evening desk manager told me he knew nothing about it so I started arguing with him and he again went off to call someone, and found out that they unplugged it again but did not give me a new room. I left the hotel the next morning and will never be back. Pretty said that I have to fight for a working toilet!!!!
