«Never went breakfast. Upon leaving on last day I had a large cup in hand, looking for ice. They had none. So I proceeded to make coffee (2 cups) in the 8oz cups provided. When I was done. I looked up to find man at front desk staring. He probably thought I was going to fill that 32 oz plastic cup with hot coffee. Even though our toilet rocked and bathroom sink (only sink) drained very slow, my real gripe was that children were allowed to run the halls playing and literally screaming past ...

«Overall - very good & very close to the airport. Some of a few negatives - no charging station in room. Gym was small & indoor pool was small. Other than those small issues - everything went well. We also visited during mayfly season. Would be great if you were an entamologist. :)»

«This hotel goes above and beyond hospitality. They are absolutely amazing. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The front desk individuals or employees are so friendly they make you feel like you’re at your own home. There’s not enough I can say about this property. They deserve the hospitality award of the year.»

«The property was well maintained. The checkin was fast and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. No lotion was in the room. Need more luggage racks for bags. Business travelers need an ergonomic desk chair.»

«We liked the location, breakfast, and pool. It was all very good for our family. We got 2 rooms and there was a door between them, making things much easier.»

«The hotel overall was great! The only issue we had is the pretty small pool is used by a swim instruction company certain days/hours. It would have been nice to have known that in advance. The pool size doesn’t really allow for roping off an area for the students/ instructors to allow for paying guests to use the pool. Had I known that from 4-8 on every Thursday evening the pool was basically inaccessible, I could have chosen another hotel.»

«I have stayed here before without issue. This time they put me in a room that had continuous beeping. I complained but was denied a different room due to none available and NO ONE came to look for the cause. It was 4 miserable nights. It was prepaid so I had no choice but to stay.»

«The hotel is beautiful as you walk in. Check in staff said hello immediately, were friendly, they knew their information very well. Our room was perfect for 6 people! Comfortable beds, temperate set great. The only downfall, the pool was outside our window and it was noisy. The door leading to the hallway had big gaps and you could hear everything. Disappointed that there was no breakfast included but at least there was a restaurant on site.»

«We absolutely loved our stay here. Walking distance to downtown for restaurants, shopping, and some of the museums, and a short drive to Chocolate World and Hershey Park. Breakfast was always great and our kids loved the pool and games in the lobby. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Hershey!»
