«Good stay for the price.»

«Elevator was out of order the entire 3 days of my stay. I have stayed here numerous times over the last several years. Breakfast not as good as the past. This was WCU homecoming weekend so hotel was full. Parking was premium if you were returning late in evening. Some folks had to park in grass area behind hotel due to no parking spaces available.»

«Vatash (if I remember the name correctly) was very personable. Room had good television options. Didn’t use WiFi, so reception was limited. Thermostat control was great. Quiet and safe. Walking distance to Sylva was good. Nice town with good restaurant options. No usb options, so bring a wall outlet adapter. Shower was good. Coffee in room. Sylva is a nice place to stay when visiting Cherokee. Dillsboro nearby. Be back next year»

«Got checked in early. Beautiful view. Check in was wonderful.»

«This property is in a fantastic location! Less than 15 minutes to several different cute mountain towns. The property is nice but the single lane road throughout the property is anxiety inducing and should probably be disclosed in the details. «Nice place just older. Still nice price for what it is. Like the location. Quieter area of Cherokee.»

«This is a true gem!»

«Great place and great staff. Will visit again. Thank you.»

«Good mix of the historic with some modern upgrades. Parking can be a little bit challenging, especially at dinner time.»

«Will comeback Really nice place»

«Huge, comfortable, and affordable rooms. Great, friendly staff. Best place to stay and good for the budget.»

«Concerned about the room. It smelled of mold. Couldn’t really sleep because of the smell and got a headache. There was a a damp rid dehumidifier container on the floor by the AC that was filled with water. I’m assuming something may be wrong with the AC but the smell is very noticeable when you walk in.»

«Very quite and very clean»

«Upon checking in their credit card machines was not working. The clerk needing to contact software support, so we went to dinner and came back machines were still down. They had my card on file but said I had to pay cash because they still couldn't access it. If I didn't have cash I needed to go back to town to the ATM and get cash to check in. I should have prepaid and by this time, it's pushing 8:30. We got the $199.43 together and the clerk didn't know how to count 43 cents. She said I didn't ...

«It was so clean and the bed was so comfy!»

«This is an older property but is very nice for the price. We stayed in three different hotels over three days and this had the best breakfast and the most bang for your buck.»
