New for 2026: Guests will enjoy access to the property’s deep-water dock—perfect for kayaking, fishing, or simply unwinding by the water. Please note: due to ocean currents, the dock is not suitable for motorized boat use.

Perfect for those seeking a peaceful getaway, this cozy three bedroom, one bath, home provides a welcoming atmosphere with comfortable, warm living spaces. As you enter the home you are greeted by a cozy sitting area, with a little breakfast nook to the side. To the other side, the home features a compact, yet functional kitchen which is equipped with all of the essentials, making it ideal for preparing your meals during your stay! Just steps away from the kitchen you will find the welcoming Dining Room which exudes character and warmth. A generous dining table sits at the center, surrounded by comfortable, classic chairs that invite family and friends to gather, perfect for creating lasting memories.

This inviting living room combines rustic charm with modern comforts, making it the perfect spot to unwind or entertain. The room is bathed in natural light from large windows, which offer a glimpse of the surrounding area. The space offers ample seating for everyone to gather around and enjoy the large screen TV for streaming. (There is a portable blue tooth speaker for your use during your stay as well)

The second bedroom is a serene space with a queen-sized bed and a dresser and ample closet space and a calming atmosphere, it’s a lovely spot to unwind. The third bedroom offers a full-sized bed, perfect for solo travelers or a cozy couple. In addition to its restful bed, this room is designed with versatility in mind, featuring a functional desk area for those who need to work remotely. The desk is neatly tucked beside the window, offering natural light and a quiet corner to focus. The room blends practicality with comfort. Whether working or relaxing, the space feels warm and inviting. Please note: This bedroom is a pass-through space and must be walked through to access the only full bathroom in the home.
