The space
Three Willows Farmhouse & Spa is a private Catskills retreat set on five acres, with a large pond, open lawns, wooded surroundings and plenty of wildlife.

The farmhouse sleeps up to 10 guests across 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 bathrooms, with comfortable indoor spaces for gathering, cooking and relaxing together.

Outside is where Three Willows really comes to life. Spend the day by the water, relax in the panoramic barrel sauna or hot tub, gather around the fire pit, enjoy meals beneath the covered pergola, or let the kids explore the treehouse and grounds.

The property feels peaceful and secluded, while still being a great base for exploring the Catskills and Cooperstown area. Deer, birds and other wildlife are frequent visitors, and every season brings a different atmosphere—from lush summer evenings to colorful fall foliage and snowy winter weekends.
