«Friendly staff, clean rooms. Would recommend a stay. My only “complaint “ would be that the breakfast area closes at nine, not being an early riser 10 would be nice instead. Coffee was freely available in the lobby though.»

«It was overall a good experience! The room was clean and orderly but the only issue my girlfriend and I ran into was some bugs that were in the jacuzzi tub. These bugs were present in the jets as they only appeared after we had started to fill it up. We were only staying for a night so it only slightly disturbed our stay.»

«The property was clean and decorated nicely with antiques, etc and sat on a nice area with trees and pretty views. The staff was ok, though not overly friendly compared to other places we have stayed. We liked that coffee was available 24/7. There is not an elevator so if you have heavy bags, you will want to stay on the main floor.»

«First off, they gave us the wrong room. We were supposed to have a room with 2 queen beds, a pull out couch and a kitchen. They did move us to a 2 queen and pull out, but didn't adjust our bill. We had to ask for an extra towel three times, the pool was being renovated and the whole hotel was under major renovations. I understand, but it should be on their website especially the pool not opened. The room was not very clean, it needed vacuumed and the bathroom sink had a full crack inside of ...

«Staff were friendly and location is great for visiting the surrounding area. Place was recently sold and renovated, but it's still a work in progress. Rooms on the south west side have cool views to the beach and river. Parking gets crowded, especially with visitors who aren't hotel guests. Room had some broken bathroom tiles and elevator glitched while we were on it. At the end of the day, it's an affordable place that puts you close to town and the beach.»

«Housekeeping never cleaned room for the two nights we were there. Only light in bathroom is connected to fan and is VERY loud when on making it virtually impossible to use. Food was so so.»

«Hotel advertised as a hotel with continental breakfast. Only has coffee and juice Room was clean but need major updates on property. Our room by windows floor was cracking and dent on floor. Other was good for sleeping hotel»

«The first room we got smelled like someone had smoke a pack of cigs in it. Sheets looked like they had poop on them. Switched to another room and the sheets somehow looked even worst! Staff were very friendly on the one bright side. Would highly avoid. We looked at reviews and somehow it said it was clean.»

«We stayed for the night in n the way from Toronto to Wisconsin. It was spotless and the front desk staff were very helpful. We were traveling with a dog and they made it very easy for us. Breakfast was very good and the dining area was very clean. Highly recommend this hotel»
