«The water in our building went out in the early morning hours, and the staff did not let us know. We found out ourselves when we tried to flush the toilet, take a shower and brush our teeth, but were not able to do We spoke with Dee Dee, at the front reception area, was told the manager would get back to us regarding compensation for missed services/inconvenience . No one ever called. I called back, leaving a message for the manger, still haven’t heard back. Some sort of compensation should be ...

«This was our first time staying at the Odawa Hotel. Check in was easy, lobby was very nice. Lots of interesting Native American items to see. One of the elevators was broken. Hallways were kind of dark, hotel seemed very dated. Could use a upgrade, Room was very clean. Beds were very soft. Nice toiletries provided. Breakfast was the same items every day. Coffee was very strong! Pool was very big but the water looked cloudy and one day there was a weird smell in the pool area. All in all, nice ...

«Decent for a quick trip and needing a place to stay. Not the cleanest or up to date but you also get what you pay for. FYI, the balcony lights are bright and do not turn off at night... Which is a bummer for me as I enjoy sleeping in the dark and waking up to sunlight but I unfortunately had to sleep with the blinds closed. And there was no coffee maker in the room.»

«We went to enjoy the beauty of the area and felt the hotel reflected it as well. We could sit and look out at the bay at breakfast. The room was great as a resting place for the night after biking, shopping, seeing a movie at the local theater, and visiting the sandy beach watching the sun go down.»

«The details of the booking were misleading. I booked a 650 sqft cabin and got a 300 sqft. Booked a king size bed but got a queen size. Details showed a fireplace but there wasn't one. This was a romantic get away for my wife and I and was disappointed in the details. Other than that the cabin was clean and well stocked with amenities. All in all we made the best of it and had a good stay.»
