Vi hadde et 9-dagers opphold på Pullman Mazagan i mai/juni. Mye var bra, god størrelse på rom og terrasse, bra bassengområde osv. Forventet litt mer ang renhold, feks var det spindelvev i det ene hjørnet på badet. Vi var ikke helt forberedt på at det skulle være så dyrt og vanskelig å komme seg fra a til b, bare en tur til El jadida sentrum koster ca 150 NOK en vei. Det ligger ingen butikker i nærheten heller, så hvis du ikke er gira på å betale omtrent norske restaurantpriser for alt du spiser, så må du nesten dra inn til byen.

Charming – slightly tattered – resort
This was just a stopover on our way from Essaouira to Casablanca. Nice courtyard/pool, gym and access to the ocean. The service was generally good, though they messed up our car reservation.

Great hotel, with very willing staff and training needed. Receptionist needs to understand better English and French! Golf club house & operations is very incompetent & does not belong to this resort, which is not mentioned, when booking.

Too many bees at the restaurant!!! If you are allergic make sure to have an Epipen handy (not kidding) i suggested to have the honey and jam centerpieces they have on the tables!! The manager claims it’s not the cause!!! Believe me the bees were having a fiesta!

Chambre sale, sol glissant pas nettoyant. Humidite et moisissures. Apres s etre plainte a la réception une chambre plus correct a été proposée. Clairement pas digne d un 5 etoile. Eouille dans l ascenceur. Manque de personnel. Établissement un peu à l abandon. Pour ma part je n y reviendrai pas. Je ne m y suis pas sentie en sécurité

Excellent séjour en famille
Excellent séjour au Pullman en famille. Cadre magnifique forêt eucalyptus, la plage sauvage est très belle. Nous avons eu un surclassement avec suite duplex, avec 3 terrasses dont une la vue à couper le souffle au dernier étage vue mer splendide et piscine. Quelques activités au Kids club que les enfants ont adoré et qui permettent aux parents de lézarder tranquillement autour de la piscine. Il est vrai que l hôtel mériterait un rafraîchissement pour s aligner sur un standard Pullman mais le prix serait bien plus élevé aussi dans ce cas. Le personnel était adorable. Un peu lent le service déjeuner autour de la piscine mais nous sommes en vacances et nous avons le temps ! Franchement excellent rapport qualité prix compte tenu de l emplacement, de la chambre et des services. Idéal pour se reposer, se ressourcer. Je recommande à 9/10.
