«Check in was fast and easy. The decor and finishings are very modernized for the cost per night. No complaints about cleanliness- not to say it was perfect, but overall it was a very comfortable stay and we slept great. Breakfast was decent. Only scrambled eggs and link sausage was hot.»

«The TV did not work. The curtains were hanging half off the windows. The air-conditioning system turned on and turned off all night long. And I never felt so insecure in all my stays on Expedia. I would not recommend this to anyone including truck drivers.»

«The room was not clean. There were food items under the beds and the couch. There was no shampoo or body wash. They handed me body wash with no top and filled an empty bottle of shampoo that wasn’t meant for shampoo. The outlet by the bed doesn’t work and is coming out of the wall. There is rarely a staff member available at the desk, and they don’t answer the phone number given.»

«The pool is small, and the towels in the pool area were never stocked. We had to ask for towels all 3 times we used it. Smoke detector was missing with wires hanging. I had to alert staff who didn’t take it as serious as it should be. Eventually someone found me a working smoke detector. The room was clean on the surface but smelled musty. «Is they made service cleaning does not clean the rooms properly I literally have to had to fight cockroaches to get my clothing off the counter. Hang your clothes up if you go here so the roaches don’t get to it. The least you can do is fumigation of your property and maintenance on your property. And clean the rooms and maybe have some bedsheets that aren’t stained and dirty.»

«BED BUGS! I chose this hotel of the convenience for our tournament weekend, and it turned into one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We found bed bugs in our room after already settling in. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Yes, the hotel switched us to another room, but once you find bed bugs, the damage is done. Instead of enjoying the weekend, we spent the rest of the trip stressed about our luggage, clothes, and possibly bringing bugs home with us. Travelers coming for events ...
