"I had a three weeks vacation in Tokyo and needed a hotel that could provide a nice room with Wifi and TV. I didn't need anything fancy, so this hotel was suiting everything I needed plus a little bit more. The staff is nice and helpful. As I'm fluent in Japanese, I haven't tested their English, but I think they are able to communicate well. The breakfast menu was great, they have a variety of Japanese and Western options which you can choose from at the buffet. They could improve on vegetarian and vegan options tho. Their eco-cleaning option will compensate you with getting free drinks for the number of times they don't do an throuought cleaning in your room. I think that this is especially great if you are at the hotel only to sleep and eventually a few hours in the evening and morning. They can keep your luggage before checkinn and after checkinn in case you want to drop them off. "

"Arrived around 12 and were only staying one night, leaving early the next morning. The check in is at 3 and you are not able to use the facilities at the hotel before check in. We asked if we could use the roof top pool before check in, after some discussions we were allowed to use the pool from 1, but we had to pay an additional fee (5500 yen). We did not get any explanation why we had to wait one hour. We stayed at the pool for a few hours, there were no other guests there and we question why it was so difficult to gain access before check in. The hotel and pool is beautiful, but the service level is very low. "
