«Had a great stay for the weekend. Needed to get away from Manhattan for some fresh air. This place has a bed and good service, the rest is up to you. We went to the Pollock-Krasner house and Montauk, and just needed a place to sleep. Ocean View Terrace was perfect and a lot cheaper than the other places in the area.»

«Me and my boyfriend stayed here for two full days in late August! We are under 25, and they allowed us to stay! Scarlet helped us through the whole thing and she was a joy!! We arrived earlier than our check in and our room was ready, so we were in our room 2 hours earlier which was amazing! They provide beach towels, chairs and umbrellas which was so helpful! The beach is literally a 2 minute walk away, and is free. The location is phenomenal, as everything is right nearby in short walking ...
