We chose this location because it was close to where our son was graduating from ARMY AIT at FORT EUSTIS, VIRGINIA. We had a great experience, and the property was close to a lot of locations in the area. We were a 10 minute drive to the beach and enjoyed the view from the Peirs, where we were able to watch people fishing.The Property was more than large enough to accommodate our family of four. It was very nice to have our entire family under one roof and everyone have their own room and bathroom as supposed to a hotel where we we would be separated for the majority of the time. The view from the backyard was amazing, and once we discovered the crab pots on site, my son spent almost every morning and night harvesting crabs from the boat dock. My wife and I enjoyed a 10 minute stroll through the wildlife preserve which led to a gorgeous beach that would seem almost private because nobody else was out there. It was a great pleasure, knowing that we had an indoor pool and hot tub just to ourselves that we could visit anytime during our stay. Communication with property manager was excellent. We were able to text or call if we had any questions about the property, with great response time. Overall, we had an amazing stay at this location. The neighborhood is very secluded and private so if you’re looking for a little getaway from things, I would highly recommend it.
