Mid-Term Guest Policy:

For stays of 28 days or longer, the following requirements must be completed prior to check-in:

📌 Background Check: Required for each person staying, at a cost of $50 per person.
📌 Signed Lease Agreement: Must be completed and on file for all guests.
📌 Host Approval: Guests must pass the background and credit check requirements set by the host.

These measures are mandatory and ensure a secure and seamless experience for all parties

NO pets are allowed. Host has pet/dog allergies. Please be considerate.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please make sure to follow that rule or otherwise there will be a penalty of $500
NO illegal substances allowed on the premises.
NO third-party bookings allowed.
NO tampering with the security cameras or wifi/internet. Guests will be asked to leave without a refund.
Extra overnight guests are not allowed unless approved by host. Extra fees may apply.
Parents are responsible for the safety and well-being of all minors. All minors must be supervised while on property.
Swimmers must be accompanied by an adult if under the age of 16.
