Guys Weekend

We had an absolute blast. We had 7 guys total. This place was perfect. The deck is huge and has lots of seating. It's walking distance to everything Hampton Beach has to offer. The walk to the beach was about five minutes. We could get to the casino in about ten, and it's a nice walk. Tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance. A/Cs kept the house cool. Plenty of places to sleep. Would definitely return!

Great Property, Great Stay

Property was great, in a great location. Had parking and a grill with a nice porch. Perfect for a beach weekend. Unfortunately we had a dispute over the host trying to keep our security deposit. We talked out and agreed number that I was not thrilled with but aside from that a great rental.

Great bang for our buck

Place was exactly what was listed and worked out well for our large group having the spacious kitchen. The only downside i saw was the parking. Driveway was very tight and if people in the front house had been not as accommodating with moving cars that could be an issue. They were however extremely nice and it was not an issue

Great beach getaway

The location was great-close walk to the beach and the neighborhood was quiet. We were able to easily walk to every meal, bar/club, and stores. The house was perfect for a beach getaway. It was nicely decorated and comfortable. There were 9 of us that stayed and there was plenty of room for everyone. The owner was very easy to communicate with-always a timely response to our questions. It was everything we were looking for- a nice, laid back weekend.

Perfect Girls Weekend

Some girl friends and I decided to have a weekend away and this is the perfect location! Cafe 2 minutes away, the quieter side of Hampton beach straight across from P Street, so many bedrooms, and a great deck. We may make this an annual trip since we had so much fun. Communication with Jason was always quick and helpful. Thank you so much!

Great communication

We had some special circumstances with me about to give birth but also trying to plan my best friend’s bachelorette. Jason was incredibly understanding and was very easy to communicate with. He always got back to me quickly when I had questions, and when my baby arrived unexpectedly early before the bachelorette! The girls still had such a great time here.

Not as great as I was hoping

Online listing specifically said air conditioning on the first and second floors. We did not bring our fans because of this, the fans provided were not good. Very hot on the hot days, quite uncomfortable. Hope some compensation is coming my way because of this huge discrepancy. Great location, big enough for 8 people, deck was a plus

Great Location and House for our needs

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We've been at Hampton Beach before but never rented a house there. This meant that we were on a different side of the boardwalk than we were used to. It was great exploring new areas and be a short walk to the beach and the action of the boardwalk. Parking is a bit of a challenge with larger cars but we made it work with 2 vehicles. The house was clean but has definitely been lived in. Could use some minor cosmetic work but nothing that got in the way of our fun or comfort. Would consider renting here again for sure.

Pictures are deceiving

The owner was extremely responsive to all questions/concerns. Place was not well cleaned. There is no a/c for the main level. Bedroom rugs need a good cleaning (should actually be replaced). The refrigerator was dirty and had to be cleaned prior to use. The fridge door only had one usable shelf as the rest were broken and had no bar going across. Make sure you bring toilet paper, disinfectant, garbage bags, and paper towels as not enough is provided to last more than two days. You also need to bring your own blankets as well as sheets and towels. Place was close to the beach, mini golf and some restaurants. Parking is tight and the driveway is not very wide making any maneuvering of cars difficult. Place was not worth the price we paid. Would not book this house again.

Nice house near the beach

There was lots of space and plenty of beds/couches for all 10 of us to stay on. The location and neighborhood were nice. There was good communication with the property manager as well. As stated in the description, you will need to bring your own towels and linens.

Amazing house close to the beach

We stayed for my bachelorette weekend and the house was so cute! It's outside of the busy part of the strip but within walking distance of the beach and everything else we did while here. We will definitely come back and stay again!

Needs Improvement

Let me start by saying the communication with the property manager was great. I was hoping for a better “first experience” when I walked into the place. Many light bulbs were out, dish washer did not work and was not attached properly, there was sand blocking the downstairs shower drain, mold on the shower curtains. Place looked like it was just semi wiped down before we arrived. Many holes in walls, chipping paint, ceiling damage, loose door knobs etc. The location is great just a short walk to the beach and all the shops. The garage was perfect for a small SUV. Property manager did offer me a full refund on the first day, but there was nothing I could do since I had family coming all over for this trip. I assume all the damage was due to end of season. Just hope they fix everything for future guests.
