Hi Troy, thanks for your review. I apologize for the phone issues, there are times when an unexpected amount phone traffic comes in for various reasons and we will address this with the staff. Our full service restaurant and bar should be open by 1st quarter of 2024 as well as our in house bakery. King Corona, an upscale Latin Cantina, will be open in summer of 2024 with an amazing concept restaurant and food. We hope to see you when all is open!

Thanks for your review Cameron, glad you enjoyed your stay. Just to clarify, we do have ice machines and vending on every floor, including the 1st floor, at both ends of our east hallway. For Netflix and other premium channels, you will need to have your own personal account and login as such. Hope this helps during your next stay. Thanks again!
