Walking up to the entry you’ll find a small covered rustic wooden landing with native timber beams and hanging flower baskets.
A large glass double glazed sliding door opens up to a studio apartment that is quiet, warm and has relaxed designer styling.
A kitchenette does the basics with an air-fryer, microwave, toaster, hot water jug & a small fridge/freezer... a large homestead chopping board countertop adds to the charm.
The bed is a Super-King and has an electric blanket too... extra pillows & throws are scattered around for snug movie nights!
A beautiful bathroom has an extra-large shower space (with ledge) and optional waterfall shower.
The bidet toilet has heated seat, lighting and is hands free.
A nice deep bath has bubblebath & bath salts nearby for long, relaxing soaks.
Complimentary hot drinks (tea/ coffee/ hot chocolate), spring water & snacks are free for you to enjoy.
There is a very wide parking spot for one car right in front of the house and plenty of free street parking for other vehicles.
The apartment and its private courtyard & garden are fully fenced.
