«The rooms in the facilities were clean and well kept. A little bit of staff we did interact with were very polite, professional, and friendly. The beds and room were comfortable.
The only suggestion I have is stop using small pillows on king-size beds. Get some king-size pillows in there so that you don’t roll off the pillow when you turn over.»

«I called ahead of time to ensure late check in, they said they would check me in early and note that I won’t actually be arriving until later. I came in the next day and they said the reservation had been canceled because I was checking in too late and I have to “take it up with expedia.” However, I had stayed at this same location and checked in late at the same time the week before and there was no issues. They made a mistake this time and then told me there was nothing they could do about it ...

«The property was convenient to shopping and the interstate, both the heater and air conditioning worked fine, but the room itself did not meet my expectations. The bed was very uncomfortable and the sheet had holes in it. On two different nights of our stay, we found a cockroach in the room. The refrigerator was missing the bars on the door so you couldn't put anything in those shelves. I would not stay here again.»

«Immediately regretted booking here. We took off their shoes and our feet were black with dirt almost instantly. Bathroom ceiling looked like it had mold. I instantly felt horrible for bringing my children here (middle school age). They were afraid to use the bathroom. We cancelled the next nights stay before we even fell asleep.
