Luxury executive furnished suites right in the heart of downtown Halifax. The Mary Ann building is located across from the amazing central library in the highly sought after Spring Garden neighbourhood. The building is above the NSLC’s Port of Wines as well as the popular restaurant Garden Food Bar, and Spin Co., yoga studios, and fitness classes are all within a block away. A 5-minute walk takes you to Halifax’s popular waterfront boardwalk or the restaurants and pubs on Argyle Street! This is the best apartment to enjoy Halifax’s magical days ahead.
We value our guests and their comfort during their stay with us. We try to think of everything from a blender, to board games and bandaids (just in case). However, if you have any special requests, please reach out. We are always looking to improve our amenities.
We understand that many people may have a reaction to scented products. The hand soap and dish soap we have in the units are from The Unscented Company (Canadian). We do typically use scented laundry products for the purposes of the guest experience, but we do offer unscented laundry products for your stay on request.
A few things that we do offer on request:
-playpen -highchair -baby bath -ask us...you never know. A $250 pre-authorization will be placed on the credit card on file in case of damages.
Please remove your shoes when inside the apartment.
Please clean your dishes and empty the fridge before checkout.
Please do not leave lights on when leaving the unit during your stay and when checking out.
No Pets are permitted on the property. Pets will lead to a $250 fine and immediate cancellation of booking without refund.
This is a family friendly unit in a residential building. No partying or gathering more than 6 people are allowed.
Any noise complaints will result in a warning first notice and a $500 fine and eviction on the second notice.
There is a $500 fine for smoking anywhere on the property, including outdoor spaces. This applies to all forms of smoking, including but not limited to tobacco, cannabis and vaping.
Garbage needs to be sorted into cans/plastic recycling, paper, green bin (compost) and garbage.
Any guest that misuses the property, such as but not limited to: hosting a party, using the property for prostitution services, causing damage to the property and/or disturbing other residents will be charged a $500 fine, plus any applicable cleaning fees and/or costs to repair or replace any damaged property or of any cancelled bookings.

This unit was everything as advertised. Within walking distance of many attractions, parks, shopping and the Halifax waterfront. The host answered our questions promptly, beds were comfortable. I would recommend this suite.
This clean and well-furnished property is in an ideal location. Communication with the property owner is consistently prompt and clear. We’ve stayed here twice now and would happily do so on future visits to Halifax.
This was the best travel experience that we’ve ever had. The host was fantastic and the apartment was beautiful. The location was great. Everything was bang on.
We will definitely be back.

Clean, modern, and spacious. In town with a group of college friends, this spot was perfect for two couples. Kitchen and laundry added convenience. Coffee maker made the mornings easier. The two bathrooms added some privacy while the common area was a comfortable hangout.

This property is excellent
when we were there the street where parking is accessed was undergoing some construction which made access mildly awkward
But otherwise an excellent facility in the heart of downtown with easy walking access to local sites and restaurants
The condo was in the perfect location for our stay in Halifax. Jeremy thoughtfully provided all the amenities we could possibly need, and the unit was spotless, comfortable, and easy to access. Its location was ideal—just steps away from coffee shops, shopping, and so much more. Communication with Jeremy was excellent; responses were always prompt, and he went above and beyond to share helpful recommendations for things to do in the surrounding area. I would highly recommend staying here and would not hesitate to return to this condo again.
The property is spacious and well eqipped. Although it is downtown, it is very quiet with no street noise.
There are great restaurants close by.
We really appreciated the convenience of parking in the building.
Hope to return for another vacation!
Modern, clean, minimalist but comfortable, this apartment seemed to be within walking distance of everything. Simple and direct communication with host and easy access to our space. Highly recommend.
Jeremy's property was spacious and well maintained. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could want. There were also little extras like booklets about Halifax, and some board games. Lots of nearby restaurants and easy walking to museums and the waterfront. Would definitely stay there again.
Fantastic location in the heart of downtown Halifax
The condo is located right in downtown Halifax just blocks from both the waterfront and the Citadel. Perfect for visitors to Halifax.From the start communication with Jeremy was seamless including arranging parking in the building to checking in for our stay.The condo was neat and tidy with well stocked kitchen. Beds are comfortable with plenty of extra linens if you sleep cold.Would not hesitate to stay at the Clyde Suites again on our next visit to Halifax.
Our group of 4 adults were satisfied with this Condo. It was very well appointed and its central location made coming and going easy. The beds were comfortable, and the place was spotless on arrival. Jeremy was responsive to questions. Would definitely return here or send others if they are heading to Halifax.
Property is large and open. Great for the 4 of us. All the amenities at our door. Great location for walking around the city. Easy access in and out of the condo. Would suggest staying here to anyone. Thanks Jeremy and team at Clyde Suites.
I try to save 5-star reviews for exceptional properties, but this apartment met the "Very Good" standard in every way. It was clean, good location, easy check-in, amenities nearby. the balcony was nice, you can walk to anything (although beware, almost everything is down a big hill, which means UP a big hill on the way back). Spacious, comfortable, sufficiently stocked (olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee), nice bathrooms, and relatively new. Parking was available and convenient. Overall very good.
