Waimea Point Oceanfront House - (med klimaanlegg)

Vårt vakkert ombygde hav foran huset (Hawaii TAT # 57395300), som ligger på Waimea Bay på den verdensberømte North Shore på Oahu, har Hawaiian visninger du drømmer om. Den koselige huset sitter plassert på havgapet, med havet bokstavelig bare et steinkast nedenfor. Fra november 2017 har vi lagt til solenergi-drevet Air-condition til husets hovedområde.
Våre tre soverom, 2 bad hjemme sover opp til 6
folk på 3 Queen size-senger (den tredje sengen er en veldig komfortabel futon). Vi går og sykkelavstand til alle strender og verdensberømte surfestedene dette området er kjent for. Dette huset ligger på havet siden av Kam Hwy, som ligger på den beste plasseringen av North Shore. Den beste dykking og snorkling på hele denne siden av øya er rett utenfor foran vårt hjem og gangavstand unna på tre bord Beach og Sharks Cove. Farvannet utenfor foran vårt hjem er en del av det beskyttede Pupukea marine reserve, slik at vannet er krystallklart og marint liv, inkludert havskilpadder, delfiner, hvaler og skoler av tropisk fisk er daglige observasjoner. Master soverom og bad med japansk suge badekar med utsikt over havet. Huset vårt er perfekt for 4 personer, men sover opptil 6 personer komfortabelt. Kjøkken og bad har nylig blitt pusset opp. Hvis du liker å lage mat, har vi et fullt utstyrt kjøkken klar for deg. Store dekk vikle hele veien rundt hjemmet. Rolig nabolag - alt du hører er bølgene. Alle moderne bekvemmeligheter av hjem er inkludert: high end Kjøkkenmaskiner, gratis høyhastighets Wi-Fi, kabel-TV, gratis langdistanse telefonsamtaler, regndusjhoder i dusjen, gass BBQ på havet foran dekk, utendørs dusj på gress plenen med utsikt over havet, etc. Alle bad og badehåndklær og sengetøy er inkludert. Opp til fire strand cruiser sykler er tilgjengelig for deg å cruise sykkel banen og utforske North Shore. Private, elektrisk gated parkeringsplass for 2 biler. Vakker gress plen og Hawaiian palmer og plumeria omgir hjemmet. Vi er bare en 45 minutters kjøretur fra Honolulu flyplassen. The North Shore byen Haleiwa og Turtle Bay Resort ligger 10 minutter unna med bil. The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Cafe og Foodland super markedet er bare en kort spasertur, en blokk unna. Dens bare en 3 minutters gange til Waimea Bay Beach, Waimea State Park og Waterfall og tre bord Beach. Famous Pipeline og Sunset Strendene er bare en mil unna.

Outstanding!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this home. The location cannot be beat. Very easy walk to the beach close by, grocery store and coffee. We loved that part. The view from the house is amazing. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Can be challenging to get in and out of the driveway given the busy traffic on the highway but doable.

North Shore Dream

We had an issue getting into the lockbox. We had received two emails from the owners with different codes and unfortunately for us, we only looked at the one with the wrong code. After calling our local contact’s number, she returned our call an hour later with the correct code. With that being said, once we were inside—-we can’t tell you how much we loved this home. Its location was perfect! We were so comfortable the entire week we were there. The amount of rainbows we saw, the incredible waves breaking on the rocks, the dolphins feeding offshore, the whale spouts we saw, the incredible location near Three Tables Beach…everything about our stay here was nothing short of magical and spiritual. We will be returning again and again.

Heaven on Earth

The pictures on line do not do this property justice. It was beyond our expectations. My family decided to skip presents this year and instead planned a VRBO Christmas vacation. The house was perfect for my family... there were 6 of us...me, my 80 yo mother and my kids (ranged in ages 29-22). Coffee every morning while staring at the big waves of the Pacific was a daily treat. The beach was my priority and being so close to Three Tables beach (2 minute walk) and Waimea Bay (5 minute walk).....the location is ideal. My only tiny tiny complaint was that there were no twin beds so I bought an air mattress so my son and daughter did not have to share the futon. Left it with my niece who lives on Oahu so no issue having to take home. (I think there ended up being an air mattress in the closet so I wish I had asked first... ). I have been home 2 days and cannot wait to go back

Amazing Oceanfront home in Spectacular Location

What an amazing home and location. Our family could not have asked for a better place to stay during our trip to the North Shore of Oahu Hawaii. The house is clean, cozy and well appointed and sits so close to the water that it feels like you are on a house boat. It's an easy one minute four us and our kids to walk to two different gorgeous white sand beaches. The property manager was super helpful. We did not want to leave! Planning on staying here again next year.

Vacation at Walmea Point Oceanfront

The property is in a perfect location. Not a single time did we had a meal inside. The balcony is just great. A few things to notice. - I thought that the sound of waves crushing against the lava rocks would be soothing. We let me tell you is it very loud and the first few days we had problems sleeping. However it is an experience - For the price we paid I would have expected a bit better quality. The balcony door at our bedroom was damaged and the cabinets in the kitchen are very cheap. - But in the end it is all about location, location, location which is perfect

Cant beat this view!

Our family of 6 stayed here for 6 days. Yes, it can truly sleep 6, plenty of space for luggage, clean. But seriously, who cares about all of that because you’re on the North Shore of Oahu with a 30 second walk to Three Tables Beach and a 5 minute walk to Waimea. Foodland is a 7 minute walk along with the food truck community. Book this house and stay for a week. It will be worth it.

Absolutely LOVE this place!!!

We've stayed at the smaller house closer to the street with our three kids when they were younger and that was awesome. Three Tables, Waimea, Foodland Grocery Store, are a very short walk. Kids are are adults now and we stayed in the beach facing cottage and the views were SPECTACULAR!!! We saw dolphins and turtles and amazing sunsets. Highly recommend staying here.

North shore paradise

This home is amazing. It’s all about location and this the best location on the Northshore. You are within walking distance of the best beaches and food trucks Oahu has to offer and a short drive to Haleiwa which has plenty of shops and great restaurants. The home itself is beautiful, located right on the water with beautiful views of the sunsets and comes with just about everything you need to enjoy your stay. Checking in and out was a breeze. I would highly recommend if you plan on staying in the Northshore area, this place is for you.

Great views but doors need renovation

Enjoyed the spectacular view of the ocean every day as the house is directly facing the north shore ocean. The house was clean and beautiful as described and Valerie who was the property manager was great in responding any inquiries we had. However you are not able to sleep at night because of heavy sound of waves that sometimes feels like thunder or earthquake. If the windows were strong enough to shut out the noise, the house would have been perfect.

Best Location

From the moment we entered this home we were impressed. It was sparkling clean, well stoked and a comfortable place for us and our teenagers. Just Amazing

We could not have enjoyed our stay more at BJ and Andy’s home on the North Shore. Communication was excellent-we got her late at night and bleary eyed from the East Coast and couldn’t find the sheets for the futon. The property manager answered immediately when we called and was so sweet and not mad that we hadn’t looked everywhere first:) The location of the home can’t be beat and is close to everything needed. The sunsets were unbelievable from the lanai and we had everything we needed to make meals at home. This place feels like a piece of “Old Hawaii” and gave us the experience we dreamed of when planning our trip. Mahalo!

Great house, great location.

My family thoroughly enjoyed staying here for a week. The house is charming and clean with amazing views of the ocean, especially at sunset. The beds are comfortable (I’m very picky and we all slept well). It’s quiet and so close to the beach. Waimea Bay is also a short walk from the house and we went there a lot. The food store, food trucks and coffee shop are a 5 min walk away - but the house really does deep so far removed from the main road. Valerie was quick to respond to any question we had (though only a few when we first arrived because everything is so well set up). FWIW, I highly recommend the Toa Luau at Waimea Falls and the Keana Zipline.

Paradise on the North Shore

We had a fabulous stay at Waimea Paradise! How could you not with that extraordinary view? Great location- walkable to everything: Waimea Bay, food trucks, Sharks Cove, grocery store. And an easy drive to Haleiwa, Sunset Beach and Turtle Bay. The property is well kept, clean and fully supplied. We would love to stay here again!

Absolutely Perfect!

This property is just as described! Absolutely perfect place to stay on the North Shore. It was clean and well stocked. The bed was so comfortable. The views from the back deck are incredible. We spent our mornings watching the whales from the deck and the sunsets are unbelievable! You are literally steps from the stunning Waimea Beach Park and Waimea Valley. Great location! Haleiwa was a fabulous spot to eat and shop. We will absolutely be back to stay at this wonderful house!

Paradise in Hawaii

We thoroughly enjoyed this rental property. It was in a beautiful location. We walked to beaches, food trucks, the grocery store. The view off the deck was stunning! Looking out over the ocean was magnificent! Our beds were comfortable and clean. The showers were great. The kitchen had everything we needed, although we didn't use it too much. We had to call the property manager when we first arrived (my fault, I didn't read the address correctly) and my call was answered immediately! So very pleasant and welcoming!! From start to finish, our stay at this rental was wonderful! Thank you!!!

Best location on the North Shore for families

We were looking for a 'home base' for exploring the north short in the mornings, and a place where we could park the car in the afternoons and walk to beaches and food - This property delivered! We never had more than a 30 minute drive to our destination (usually more like 5-10 mins) and Three Tables beach next door proved to be a great snorkeling spot for the family. Foodland grocery story is a convenient 4-5 min walk and the food trucks nearby were our consistent dinner spot. It's also quietly situated on the property (outside of the sounds of waves!). We will certainly stay here again. Pictures are a very accurate representation of the property.

The location and views were excellent however the house is in serious need of maintenance.

Very disappointed with the quality of the house for the price paid. No pillows or sheets for 3rd bedroom. Had to request them and when delivers the linens had stains. Only had 4 towels for sleeping 6 people for 5 days. Stove was very difficult to operate. Handle in shower fell off, curtain rod fell off when trying to pull closed. Of the 3 bikes on property only one worked, one had no chain, one no brakes.

Awesome

Absolutely perfect place to stay for our first time visiting Hawaii! We had 3 adults and 3 small children and this was the perfect sized place for us. Hands down the very best thing about this little bungalow is the amazing views the ocean. We spent nearly every morning and evening of our stay in the back lanai watching the sunrise/sunset. The location is super convenient - literally a 1-2 min walk to get to Three Tables Beach, maybe a 5 min walk to the grocery store and food truck area. Waimea Valley (beautiful botanic gardens with paved walking trail and swim-able waterfalls) and Waimea Bay Beach are probably also walkable but as we had small kiddos, we opted for the extremely short drive. This is off a busy road but you honestly wouldn’t know it from the property and it didn’t present any major issues for us. Place was clean, property manager was friendly and responsive, and we cannot recommend it here enough. Hopefully we will make it back to the North Shore and when we do, we fully intend to try to stay here again!

Incredible

This house was just incredible. The location itself is perfect - a short walk to 2 beaches as well as a grocery store & some food trucks. A short drive to Haleiwa, which is a great spot for activities, food & shops. You can't beat the view of the ocean. We were able to sit on the deck with our coffee in the morning and see whales! Perfect view of the sunset in the evening. The home itself was very clean and the beds were comfy. I was thinking both bedrooms had a large window ocean view, which is not the case. One has a small window view and you can turn the one area into a bedroom if wanted (pull out couch I think). I certainly don't think that's a reason to not book here though! We loved it and definitely hope to return some day!
