Romslig og solrik familie hjemme på fantastiske "Turtle Beach". Laniakea har fem soverom, fire bad og et fullt utstyrt kjøkken med to kjøleskap - perfekt for store grupper! Et høydepunkt i hjemmet er den store havsiden dekk, med mange sitteplasser for servering og lounging. Det er også det perfekte stedet å planlegge en strandmassasje! Andre fasiliteter er boblebad, utendørs dusj, grill, hengekøye, spillrom med biljardbord, gated off gateparkering, wi-fi, flere vaskemaskin / tørketrommel, og en TV i hvert soverom. Dette er et privat hus; ingen andre hjem, leietaker eller vaktmester er på denne eiendommen. Huset sover maksimalt 16 gjester; vennligst se nedenfor for en detaljert beskrivelse av soverommene.

- STRANDA -
Den romslige stranden gården fører til fantastisk Laniakea Beach. Miles lenge er denne stranden kjent for havskildpaddene som elsker å svømme og sole seg i området. Du vil se utrolige solnedganger hver kveld, og utsikten inkluderer også Ka'ena Point, fjerne regnbuer og utmerket stargazing om natten. Stranden er aldri overfylt, så du vil alltid ha rikelig med sand til deg selv. En badevakt stativ ligger to hjem nedover stranden. Svømmingen er fantastisk i løpet av sensommeren, sommer og høst. Vinter bringer større bølger til øya, og du er i nær avstand til surfebruddene Lani's, Chuns, Holtons, Waimea, Sunset and Pipeline.

- NABOLAGET -
Du vil se hvorfor reisende returnerer årlig til North Shore når du opplever avslappet strandlivsstil og uendelig Aloha. De nærliggende aktivitetene er uendelige; Høydepunkter inkluderer utmerkede turstier, snorkling, seiling, stå opp padling, hai dykk, zip-lining, yoga på stranden, golf, spa-tjenester og luau's. Det er massevis av gode matvogner i nærheten for alt fra acai-boller til fiske tacos, og det er flere bønder markeder for shopping. Formelle spisemuligheter ligger i nærliggende Turtle Bay Resort og innenfor Haleiwa. North Shore stay on the beach was amazing! Water is of course a little rough at this time of year, but we loved watching the surfers and did get in and stayed close to shore. It was a great location for us because we love the North Shore. The house was clean and has all the appliances we needed. We had enough space for the 10 of us. Great location to Kualoa and PCC, and fishing excursion leaving from Haleiwa. We only went into Waikiki once for shopping and Dukes, that is the only time the traffic was bad for us. We snorkeled at Shark’s Cove and checked it the Waimea Beach. The Rental Company is good at checking on you during your stay to make sure, everything is going well. We had no issues with the property during our stay.

Very nice house on the beach. The kitchen had all the kitchen appliances we needed. The hot tub was nice. House was nice and cool. The house is on a busy street. It’s very hard to see the address especially at night. I did have to spray ant killer very often. Especially in the one bathroom. Overall the house was nice and it worked out for our family.

We have stayed at this property one time in the past, both times with a large group. This visit, the direct beach access was not available, and also not disclosed how dangerous the walk to the public beach access is. There were several small items during our visit that should not be things that happen when you are spending 1700 a night to stay somewhere. Attention to detail and cleaning should be prioritized especially with the fee that is charged for cleaning. Could leave a lot of details re stay but would rather just caution to look at all the small things and ask questions. We will be looking to spend our 25,000 elsewhere next year.
Walk to beach. Trees blocking way and usually there is a car parked there. Have to walk in Traffic to pass.

House set up was perfect for our family group! Beach view was beautiful. Kitchen area was spacious and loved the 2 refrigerators. Game room was a fun area plus having 2 washers and 2 dryers really made laundry go fast!! Drawbacks for us were the traffic getting in and out with a 15 passenger van and lizards in the garden bedroom. Otherwise we loved it here!

Can't beat the location!

The location is really outstanding. We visited in late July. While the traffic can pile up a bit due to the turtle viewing traffic it was not too bad and the proximity to Haleiwa was a bonus. Of course being right on "turtle beach" was excellent. With numerous turtles feeding right in front of the house on numerous occasions. The main crowds of viewers stay way down the beach which was great.Be aware that the beach does tend to disappear later in the summer but we just had to walk 30 yards or so down the beach to get in and out of the water or sit on the sand.The house itself was very well stocked with most everything you could need including an abundance of beach towels. Unfortunately there is really not much beach gear such as umbrellas, boogie boards or snorkel gear but that was really not too big a deal for our group (6 adults and 2 teens).We did struggle a bit with the main gate since it had a lock box and keys and we did not manage them as well as we could have :-) In order to access the property they had 4 different codes that needed to be used as well as dealing with a padlock on the main driveway gate. It would sure be great if they could fix the automatic opener for the main gate and at least code all the keypads to use the same combination.All in all a great house in a magnificent location and everything was is very good condition.

Kitchen was Nice with plenty of Refrigerator space, plenty of seating in the living room and plenty of bedrooms for a large family staying together on a trip. While being asked to shower before using the Hot Tub we found glow sticks and sand in the Hot Tub itself. Beach was non existent, nothing like we expected from the pictures in the listing, making it disappointing after paying as much as we did to rent the place, and to not to be able to walk out and lay on the beach like we expected based on the pictures. Laundry facilities was great for a family with 2 washers and 2 dryers. Entering and leaving the rental was also very difficult with the traffic from the beach down the road and construction going on. Hopefully this gets better down the road when they are finished with the road construction. The Game room was nice, but too hot for us to enjoy after being out in the heat already all day but was a nice room off the main house. Landscaping was beautiful making for amazing pictures.

Perfect family-friendly beach retreat!

We had an incredible stay at this beach house! The location is absolutely perfect-steps from the beach with stunning ocean views and easy access to local spots like Haleiwa and yummy food trucks. The house itself was clean and bright, beautifully maintained and a great lay-out. Our family loved the beachy vibe and we can't wait to come back. The turtles were an extra bonus!

Wedding trip 3/15-23/2025

Excellent stay and great location. We came for our son and his new bride’s wedding. Had ages from 81-20 and everyone enjoyed the location. The outdoor shower was (surprisingly) my favorite. Really appreciated 2 washer and dryers. Beautiful sunsets and enjoyed watching the surfers all day. We’re lucky to see a few whales and sea turtles. Management was responsive to two minor questions. Thank you for a great location for our family.

Relaxing space with room to spread out

Surprising quiet considering the house is close to the major roadway. The wonderful sounds of the ocean block out the traffic’s noise!! My husband and I spent most of our down-time relaxing on the large back patio overlooking the ocean. I slept in the hammock, under the stars on my second night, which was lovely. My husband was happy with all of the televisions. Pretty easy to figure out the remote controls. I found it very helpful to have labels on light switches, remotes, cabinets, etc.Next time we will bring our adult daughters and their friends!!

Perfect for our family of 9.

The house was perfect for our family of 9. Ages from 73 to 14. So many different places in the house, garage, deck and beach to enjoy. It had something for everyone. Our first time to Hawaii so we enjoyed the beach and sea turtles a lot. My grandchildren did not want to leave ( ages 20 to 14). We would definitely recommend this house and would love to come back sometime.

Absolutely perfect spot

We traveled with 10 people from Oregon for a family vacation. We had members of our family ranging from 3 to 60, and every single thing we needed for every person was there in this amazing house. From the second you walk in, you can tell that they think about what a guest will need. The space this house has is amazing for a large party. The outbuilding that holds a foosball table, ping-pong table, large couch and tv, not to mention two washers and dryers gives an extra space for people to be. Each bedroom is equipped with what it needs, there are plenty of bathrooms, and the master bedroom outside shower is to die for. The deck is enormous, with a lawn that wraps around the house, and it’s only 4 short steps down to the beach which make this an absolutely amazing place to stay. We will stay here again and we will recommend it to anyone who asks!!!

Fantastic!!!

Space was more amazing in person!! Great location away from the fray! Quiet and private with 5 minutes to market and restaurants in Haleiwa! About an hour Waikiki depending on traffic and 40 minutes to Pearl. Will definitely stay here again if it’s available!!!

Our family of 10 had a great stay. The waves during our stay were quite big and unsafe to swim in - December. However, the kids liked standing on the shore and having the waves crash on them. Lots of surfers, turtles everyday. The house is right on the HWY and the traffic gets quite bad everyday. The 6 minute drive to town can take over 30 minutes. Sharks cove is up the street and perfect for snorkelling. Close to amenities and unbeatable view.

Beautiful home

We had great stay! The house is spacious and has amazing views, very nice deck with geckos running around. Comfortable beds. Loved the outdoor shower in the bedroom! There is a little climb down the stairs to the beach but it wasn't too bad. The beach was worth it! Turtles coming to visit was a great bonus. The road is a bit busy in the afternoons and a lot of cars parked on sides but the home is quiet. The property management is very responsive. Overall great place to stay!

Nicely decorated house, nice rec room / laundry room, ample rooms and space for (our) 6 adults and 2 children, very private. Slight walk to the beach (2 houses down). Close to Haleiwa town. On-site parking available for 2-3 cars. Traffic can be an issue getting to, and into, property. House was neat but could (should) be cleaned better (have pics); found sand in both bunk beds and in bed in another room (beds were made), gummy candy and food crumbs under the coffee table and in sectional (easily visible), dirty coffee cups in cupboard, visible dust (bunnies) on lampshades. Sent detailed message to property manager. Cleaner(s) supposedly sent out, but looked about the same - did not sweep, did not change bunk bed linen. Addressed broken dishwasher sprayer right away. Would probably stay there again because of the pros of the property. All-in-all, for as much as it costs to stay there, should be better maintained.

Hawaii Beach House

The house was very clean, updated and had all the amenities we needed. The backyard and deck area are beautiful! I love all the windows and sliding doors that give access to the ocean view. We woke up everyday to sea turtles, which was soooo Amazing! The only things we didn’t like about the property is that it is directly on the highway, which has a 35 MPH speed limit so it wasn’t too bad. The other thing is that the beach is directly off the back of the house; however, the steps going down to the beach didn’t reach all the way and it was on a slope. We wound up tying a rope to the stairs to help pull ourselves back up to reach the bottom of the stairs. Overall, this is an amazing property that accommodated our entire family beautifully. We would definitely go back!

Fantastic place, we feel at home here

This was our second trip to this property; the first trip last year was such fun that we came back to improve our vacationing skills. The property is clean, well maintained, and it's provisioned with all the things a house needs. There is space inside and out for 10 people to hang together or to hang apart. There is plenty of sleeping space, resting space, activity space. The pantry storage and two refrigerators give space for food. It's possible to stay for days without leaving the property. We brought a gaming system along. The kids and adults enjoyed playing on the big-screen TV. When we called time-out on the games, the kids were happy to run down to the beach to swim or watch turtles. Some of our people have physical troubles with the sand and waves, so they relaxed on the deck or in the spa or on the hammock. The second building on the property is a fun house: it has ping pong, foosball and a TV (as well as two washers and two dryers).

Amazing location

I always try to give an honest review that I would appreciate reading to help with my stay so here it goes. Amazing location! Haleiwa is about 5 minutes!! Quick and friendly response on issues! Hot tub is great!! Clean and very comfortable beds with great sheets! Kitchen is well stocked (except trash bags, you only get what is in the cans upon arrival, you would think fort he cost of a week they might provide a few more?). 2 fridges so that's great. Now the part no owner likes but I feel responsible to share. Zero functional beach chairs at this beach home. 3 but all were rusted out and destroyed. Asked if there were more and they were going to check with the cleaners but never heard back. Went and bought my own on day 3 because you will want them there. The family we gave them to the last day on the beach were super appreciative. The view is my biggest issue. The hedge makes it where you can NOT see sand and most of the time the waves crashing. A few high top chairs would be awesome for the sunset. I like seeing the sand and waves..You can see the water but even that is obstructed by 3 young palm trees growing right off the main part of the porch. Will be okay if they get tall. We loved the place and don't regret staying but couldn't give it 5 stars based on our thoughts.
