«Very smooth check-in. The place was really beautiful. The location was good, too. Quick walk to the red brick area. 20 minute walk to the ropeway. We were there in June, and didn't need to use the fire place, but the smell of woodsmoke was there. During winter, you expect the smell of wood burning, for sure, but I was not expecting that in June. However it didn't bother us since it was kind of like staying at a camping site. «3回目（毎回５泊６日）の利用でした。立地条件が良く居住性は良いです。 ベッドマットレスがへたっていたので、体が沈み込み寝返りをうったり起き上がるのが大変でした。ソファーも同様でした。 新しいベッドマットレス（しっかりした腰のある）に変えてほしいです。»

«Et godt opphold, fint hotell og gode, rene rom. Eneste som vi savnet var knagger på badet for å henge opp håndklær. »

«This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel and it never disappoints. The room is clean and we love the full kitchen facilities. Staff are friendly and the hotel is well located. Would definitely stay here again.»

«近くにツルハ　セコマがあって便利だと思う»

«This was the perfect stay for our one night in Hakodate, but wish we could have staying longer to explore the city and enjoy this wonderful hotel! The amenities are top notch, from the private and public onsen, to the complimentary drinks and snacks, to the beautiful and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is such an array of Japanese food and loved the late night ramen. Such a nice way to unwind after a day of train travel. Really enjoyed the views from the property and truly felt relaxed here.»

«Quiet location despite being 2 minutes walk to the v nice, v clean JR station. Happy with everything except the reception staff who I found unhelpful. Not a language thing but just less friendly. We had to change dates during the stay, they were disinterested in being flexible or helpful. We stayed in 7 hotels during this trip and these guys were the only ones we found to be like this. Breakfast was good. The beautician very good, despite us having zero language overlap.»

«お風呂が広く快適に過ごせました。 寒いかと思っていたのですが、各お部屋は暖かくて良かったです。 皿やコップもあり食事もスムーズに楽しめました。»

«Utrolig flotte rom i umiddelbar nærhet til stasjonen.»

«Fint rom, fint onsen»

«A couple of small shops, but close to tram and walking distance to downtown »

«Everything is good!»

«Centrally located, great clean room with amenities like in-room washer & dryer, fridge, microwave, etc. Overall hotel was maintained very clean and tidy Staff were very pleasing, professional and ready to help in providing directions to site-seeing locations, shopping, transportation and restaurants in the Ginza. Breakfast selection was great with fresh breads, fruits, other dishes with vegan/vegetarian options.»

«nice owner»

«Prima hotel als tussenstop»

«The laundry room was easy to use and super convenient for longer trips. I was able to do 2 loads without having to wait. The room was spacious and I could open up two large luggages and still have space. The location felt a little more remote but is accessible to most attractions either by foot or by tram. »
