Warmly renovated to indulge both the adventurous & those looking to unwind at home. Perfect for families and friend groups. Lace up your boots & experience beautiful Kaaterskill Falls(4min drive), Hunter Mountain(8min), North-South Lake(5min) & Schoharie Creek. Dining & antiquing in historic Tannersville only 2 minutes away! You'll fall in love w/the huge kitchen, King beds, home office, luxurious air tub & outdoor firepit

The home has a modern rustic farmhouse feel with a somewhat open concept first floor;

Living room:
Large L-shaped couch, 60" HD TV w/ Chromecast, electric fireplace, coffee table w/end tables high-top table w/4 barstools, 2 accent chairs, large closet

Home Office:
Desk, 2 office chairs, bookshelves, metal cabinets, light supplies, STRONG Wifi (throughout home), french privacy doors

Rec Room:
Couch, 2 bean bag chairs, few games, french privacy doors

Dining Room:
Dining table, bar cart, bluetooth record player, adorable reading nook

Kitchen:
New Stainless Steel appliances(fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster), popcorn maker, coffee station (Keurig, Kettle, and Coffee Maker), XL center island w/4 super comfortable barstools. Dishes and silverware (service for 8+), pots, pans, and bakeware
*Sorry, while the fridge's water filter works great, we are working on getting the ice machine serviced. In the meantime, we keep silicon ice trays in the freezer

Mud Room/Laundry Room:
Shoe/boot storage, bench, Washer & Dryer (w/detergent), folding station

Bedrooms (2nd floor):
We have two master bdrms w/king beds and 2 smaller bdrms w/queen beds. One master has 2 giant bureaus as well as 2 nightstands w/big drawers. All other rooms have large closets with shelves and hangers. Linens, blankets, comforters, pillows provided. All bedrooms have mirrors and all bedrooms have air conditioners (during the summer)

Main Bathroom (2nd floor):
Luxury Air Tub, huge standing shower w/lighting & 2 recessed benches & 6 different shower heads, circulation fan, toilet, vanity mirrors, 2 sinks, ample drawer and under-counter storage, large closet equipped with towels, hair dryer, several dimmable lighting fixtures including romantic chandelier

Bathroom #2 (1st floor):
Standing shower, sink, mirror, cabinet, toilet, 3 tier shelf

Outdoor:
Ample Parking (5-6 cars), large backyard, enclosed deck w/ furniture and grill, insta-worthy Antique Barn
**Please note: Because this house is in the mountains, we do not have a central air-conditioning system. During the summer months all bedrooms are equipped with window A/C units and there is a 12,000 btu unit in the Living room/Rec Room. All of the rooms in the house have dimmable ceiling fans which add to the cooling efficiency.

Lovely, well-appointed house

We enjoyed this house; it is exactly as advertised. There was plenty of room for our family of 7 adults, with enough bedrooms for privacy and big spaces to be together. We cooked several meals in the big kitchen, which had everything we needed. We played games around the big dining table and enjoyed movies in the living room. There were lots big, thick towels in the bathrooms. The beds were comfy with plenty of blankets. We also enjoyed the area, even though it was bitter cold during our stay.

Clean, cozy and convenient stay with great hosts

Our group of 5 (4 adults, 1 under 2yo) enjoyed our stay greatly. The house was exactly as listed, even cleaner than the pictures, and it was stocked with everything you needed - plenty of towels, sheets, pillows, well stocked kitchen, even a high chair for the little and snacks/wine from the host. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and super helpful - even offering us a late check out. The check in and out process was very easy and reasonable. The location is very conveninent, near a gas station and super market...couple minutes out of main street tannersville and a few more minutes from beautiful hunter mountain -- additionally all of our mini trips were nearby (woodstock and phoenicia 30 mins ea). Highly recommend

Don’t underestimate this property

From the beginning of our journey searching for properties Elaine and Chris were responsive and answered all of our questions. For the price, we thought the property was too good to be true. But decided to give it a shot. It exceeded every expectation and more. It was meticulously clean and had anything you could want. The property is beautiful and E & C answered every question within minutes. We will be back! Highly recommend this property

Great weekend getaway skiing

The house is perfect location to Hunter Mountain, less than 10 minutes. Less than 5 minute drive into town for dinner. The house was top notch, king size beds, very comfortable. Nice master bath with a great shower and all the supplies you need. Kitchen was stocked very nicely. I would definetely come back. Elaine was quickly available to answer any questions. What a great host. The house is so much nicer in person, the pictures are nice but in person is just fantastic. Thank you Elaine for a great stay.

Best place for a birthday celebration in the mountains

Myself and a few friends recently stayed here to celebrate my birthday and to go skiing. It was such a memorable, amazing trip and staying here felt just as cozy as if we were in our own homes. Elaine always answered any questions within a day or two and she was wonderful in supplying everything we would need to enjoy our stay! While enjoying the fire pit we even saw a shooting star! Every little detail, from different kinds of art to games that were supplied, really were the finishing touches. We will definitely be making this a yearly trip! Thank you again, Elaine!

Wonderful Catskills Getaway

Spent a few nights to celebrate a family birthday. Beautiful, spacious home located within minutes of so many things to see and do. The hosts Elaine and Chris were very responsive and accommodating. Loved it!

I came here with my parents and in-laws (and our dogs). Everyone had a great time! We love playing corn hole in the backyard and having a closed off outdoor space to grill and let the dogs roam freely. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, cups and cooking equipment which we loved. The upstairs shower was very luxurious. Thank you for helping us create lovely memories xo

President's Weekend Trip

My family & another family rented the house for the 4 day weekend so we could go skiing at Hunter Mountain. The house was very convenient to get to Hunter. The house was very clean and had all the essentials needed. The beds are super comfortable and all of the linens, towels and blanket that are left to use were really nice, like new. The hosts communicated with use throughout the weekend and left us a nice welcome treat. I would recommend this rental & would love to return if we do another trip to Hunter! Thank you!

Well maintained and spacious

My family and I rented the house so we could go skiing at Hunter Mountain for a weekend. The house was very well maintained and organized, we couldn't be happier with it. The owners are very good at communicating clearly and are responsive if you have any questions. The house is also very spacious. It has 2 king beds which was nice to see and can accommodate up to 9 people. I would definitely stay at this house again if we're looking to spend more time in the area.

Beautiful comfortable house

We had a very enjoyable 4 day family vacation in August. The house is very central to all attractions and conveniently located next to a well stocked convenience store. Comfortable beds, lots of towels, and many small conveniences. Kids loved the house as well.

Elaine and Chris and the property reached far beyond our expectations!

The house was pristine and beautiful. Elaine and Chris were always available for anything we needed and so graciously! The place was fully stocked with whatever we could've dreamed of and more..... We could've left so many things home...... This home is centrally located with all attractions within minutes away. We had the most amazing time and we sure would want to come back soon. Great House in Haines Falls

Wonderful Stay.

I would recommend this beautiful home to anyone wanting to visit the Hunter Mountain area. (Haines Falls, NY) The house is fully furnished with anything that you might need for a great time, plenty of room to spread out if with a large group. The host even included our 1st bundle of firewood, smore sticks for the firepit. The kitchen contained plenty of dishes, pans and utensils. The furniture was very nice and comfortable. The patio off the living room was a delight to be able to sit outside and with with family. The upstairs bath was beautiful with such an awesome shower and big air tub, and the bedrooms were very nice and the beds most comfortable. Also our host was very quick to respond back to us with any question that we might have. I would definitely use their property again if in the area.

Great place near Hunter

The house was great, spacious and warm! Beautiful kitchen made cooking for the group of 8 easy and fun. Bedrooms were as described and having a king in 2 rooms was nice as we had 2 families so each couple got a king. Location is really great, easy 10 min drive to Hunter mountain and super close to the cute town! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful family ski trip!

Our group was two families with kids and everyone had a wonderful time and enjoyed the stay very much. Elaine was very helpful and responsive with any communications, and the house was very clean and organized with many sweet details that we appreciated. Location was a also great for our ski trip (close drive to the Hunter ski resort).

Beautiful winter getaway in an ideal location!

Plenty of rental properties in the area say they are “minutes” to Hunter Mountain but this one actually is! A quick 6 minutes to the base of the mountain. The house is beautiful and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the mountain. Elaine & Chris were incredibly helpful and willing to answer any question

Wonderful stay
