This vacation villa is located in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private pool, and it sleeps up to 6 people. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a King-size bed, views of the pool, vaulted ceilings, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds. The kitchen is a comfortable size and has modern appliances, black granite countertops, views of the living room. It also comes fully equipped. Just off of the kitchen is the dining area, which seats up to 6 people and has patio doors that lead out to the pool area. The living room is large and has vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan, a very confortable reclyner arm chair, two brown sofas, and a flat screen TV for everyone’s entertainment. Walk through the patio doors, and you’ll enter the screened-in pool area. It has a good-size swimming pool, sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan, and a patio table and six chairs for those who want to relax outside with their favorite cold beverage.


Community Description

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
